I had a time where it was overcooked, but after going more often they have been great. They're consistent with how they make the food, and the employees are mostly nice.“

“Love the breakfast burrito. This is a chain so no 4 stars. Typically they get my.order right, or are quick to correct it. The employees are kind to all people in store. I hope they get recognized that some of the customer base had a bad day and the employees are nice to them.“

“Manager Kyle provides fast, excellent customer service. I walked in shortly after they'd opened and he set up a tax exempt account for me in minutes. Then he created my future delivery order! Kyle bundled food items so we paid less per meal. This way, I could tip the driver more and still stay within budget! We will be using this location again in the future, for sure!“

“I just got paid today and I went to my favorite spot Qdoba and saw all the good hard working people who serve the best food in town made to perfection and funny thing is I left my wallet behind at my table with 1200 cash in it by mistake and I did not realize it until I got home and my phone rang and it was the manager asking me to come back and get my wallet and I realized there are good people in this world because every last dollar was there and it's a good thing I have my name card in there for this purpose and I want to thank the morning crew for helping me out!“

“I was having just a terrible day when I decided to get a chocolate milkshake at sonic. While waiting for my drink, I saw the cute little toys for kids on the order screen and instantly I was in awe. I thought I would give a try asking for one of these little toys for fun and Andrey was the sweetest human i’ve ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. The only thing I don't like about this place is the Anti Abortion protests that happen outside this place every Saturday morning, but other than that, there's not too much to complain about.“

“I came in today and Spencer is one of the best employees I’ve ever had to deal with. I moved to Colorado about two months ago and going to the Subway is nothing like it is in Alaska. Spencer is one of the best employees he was super happy and when I told him that my sandwich was a little too raw, he made me another one and said don’t worry about it. It’s just it’s kind of crazy. You don’t find good customer service anymore but this guy he actually gave me a good customer service. I go to Subway probably three times a week and now I’m always gonna come to this location“

“They accidentally forgot two of my items from my order and my fiancé was stressed out about it, my kids were hungry and tired. I was stressed out to the max.
Luis made sure that my problem was handled right away and made sure that I didn’t have to wait at all. The restaurant was packed from the register to the door and the seats were filled. The drive thru had atleast 20 cars in it. Wrapped all the way around the drive thru to the Home Depot parking lot. People were clamoring and causing a massive amount of stress on the store. But the team was communicating together and working together flawlessly, but it was specifically because Luis was directing them and handling everything perfectly. I was really impressed and will return to this store every time opposed to the other ones I’ve dealt with. Luis should be the general manager of this location hands down.“

“Wow I can't say enough about the professionalism, customer service and amazing toasted sandwiches at this Jimmy Johns. I had a not so great experience and shared the information with the manager to try and help and they responded with interest and a desire to try and correct going forward which is really all I'm interested in. If I have a bad experience that's life it happens but I try and see if there's an opportunity for a correction so possibly someone else doesn't have to experience the same. And the new toasted subs are Spot On! Quiznos back in the day was amazing and these are as good. Highly recommend toasted chicken ranch which was perfectly proportioned, hot, with loads of chicken. Well done!“

Fast food these days is hit or miss, and service is often poor at many places, so this was an awesome change of pace.“

“Great grab-and-go lunch option at CSU campus. The portion size for a salad is a little bit small though considering the price (a little bit over $10). The taste is great. The ingredients options are a little bit limited and I basically order the same thing every time. Still my favorite place for lunch on campus since it gives you an overall balanced meal with fiber, protein, and vegetables.“
