“We stopped by Dominic‘s bistro for my birthday meal. I had a chicken Parmesan and my wife had the Aji tuna we both had salads. I had the Caesar and it was very good. For dessert I had the chocolate soufflé and my wife had the tiramisu. I really liked my soufflé. It was very moist. You do have to wait a little bit because they make it fresh which was well worth it I had an excellent bottle of wine to go with our meal. The service was spectacular. I’m sure we will be back soon.“

“Cozzola's is my FAVORITE pizza in Fort Collins! Their crust is perfect, not too thin and not too thick. It's chewy and reheats well. I LOVE that they have cream cheese as a topping and they are generous with it, unlike a Krazy place that I know. The pizza is always ready when they say it will be. Yes, it costs a little bit more than some places, but I think it's a good value for the quality. Love it!
Parking: There are reserved spots for Cozzola's.“

“Amazing. Truly. My new favorite restaurant. Will be coming back on my birthday, anniversary, when I had a bad day and need a pick me up, etc.
Atmosphere, service, ambiance, menu (food and drink), lighting, and music, all phenomenal.

“It's a bit echoey but the food is incredible and the vibe is immaculate. Best pizza in Fort Collins, and I used to be a BeauJo's girl! Definitely a spot for dates, group dinner with friends or a spot for Meet the Parents ™️ would totally go again!“

“7-day a week Happy Hour from 4 pm to 6 pm -- Woo Hoo! Get there early as there are only around 10 seats at the bar but this Happy Hour is so outstanding you want to work your way through all the items -- how about a Margherita Pizza for $7! Or a Dry-Aged Cheeseburger Platter with Fries for $12! Or Truffle Fries as a great snack with a cocktail for $5! And on top of that last night (11-14-22) I had the best Prosciutto I've had in years as part of an Antipasti and if I'd gotten that alone it would have been just $5!!! The place is lovely and the staff are all very gracious and hospitable -- this Happy Hour gets my 5 stars!!!“
