Overall, high quality and uniform standards for Jersey Mikes. Have had multiple experiences with service - some good some not so good. It’s a new establishment getting the hang of the spot.
You can't go wrong with a sub for dinner.
Great service, great food! Their GF bread ( Udi's) is amazing! They took my allergy very seriously!

Jersey Mike's Subs is a new establishment with high quality and uniform standards. Service experiences vary, with some good and some not so good as the team gets the hang of the spot. One reviewer found the service inconsistent and not trustworthy due to dietary restrictions. The first visit impressed them with a separate cutting board, knife, and a squirt bottle for mayo to avoid cross contamination. However, a later visit used the normal bin of mayo that had bread crumbs in it, and cheese was added to a sandwich without being asked. They are unsure they can trust them anymore with dietary restrictions, which is a bummer.
Others had great experiences. The mini cookies are absolutely phenomenal. The #26 no tom's add buffalo and chipotle mayo was a treat, with the chillest griller making sure the sandwich had everything on it. A chicken bacon ranch with buffalo mixed in was awesome with quick service and friendly staff. The store was overall clean and had amazing mini cookies.
One team helped a group needing 25 sandwiches in about 15 minutes, going out of their way to help. The food was exactly what was needed, with A+ service, a clean location, and great food. A lunch visit offered high quality food, a convenient new location, and friendly and attentive staff. During a long line at 1:30 pm, a staff member came to each person to ask if anyone was having a hot sub, took the order, directed them to the front for payment, and delivered the sub to the table. The attention to service was appreciated.
