“I had heard a lot about Shake Shack on CNBC. They were fans. So I was really looking forward to having a burger there. The guy taking our order was very friendly and helpful (and I thought to myself that he just might be the owner). Well, to get to the point, the burger, fries, and shake were all somewhat disappointing - not bad, but nowhere near best-in-class.“

“Went through the drive through on a busy Super Bowl Sunday. The young man at the drive through was exceptionally friendly and professional. He also helped with reminding me about condiments, which was appreciated because I would have forgotten. I've only been here twice due to a restrictive diet, but the hot fried chicken wings are great and unique. I love the biscuits, too. Anyway, I know the margins must be thin these days, so I'm always impressed when managers find and hire these friendly service professionals.“

“I must share an amazing experience! Caleb (shift manager) is an absolute angel! I made a huge mistake and accidentally placed an order on the app for the Parker location instead of Elizabeth. I had already paid on the app. When I went to pick up the order for my family of 6, my food was not there (of course it was sitting in Parker). Caleb realized how frustrated and exhausted I was - as it was late. He graciously offered to promo the entire order for me so I could get home to my family. You rock, Caleb!!“

“Passing through Castle Rock, we decided to stop here for a quick bite. I chose the thick crust build your own and was very happy with it. The crust was cooked perfectly and soft yet crunchy. The cheese melted and stretched nicely. It did not take long for them to make, so we were not waiting forever. I love the concept of this place, and the food always tastes amazing.“

“I had some extra time in between appointments and just stopped in for my favorite, which is a soft serve chocolate ice cream cone. I love soft serve ice cream and have frequented this Dairy Queen alot in the last few months. They are always busy!! They do their best to take care of all the customers inside and the drive through.“

Still quite impressed, I order here every weekend. El Diablo and some jalapeno poppers. Or occasionally the 5 piece tenders...Still so glad whoever bought this out a few years ago turned It around. Have minimal bad experiences, always delicious! Always happy to have the confidence knowing my order 4.5/5 times is made correct and well! Unlike years prior. Love the El Diablo!

Heck this place is doing quite well lately. I have not had a bad experience I stop by at least once a week now. The management to me has improved the entire business compared to a few years back.
Nice place, decent customer service, plenty good for a fast food.place especially compared to how it was before; sincerely read below from 3+ years ago.
And that's disgusting Sean, no one wants lettuce and tomato on a burger with BBQ sauce etc. 🤮
Now the El Diablo! That burger is so intense and amazing. In moderation no doubt but wow...

This store has no hope. I'm a regular and they still screw up my order almost every time. On occasion it's fantastic and then I go back the next time and it's shit. Not even worth typing up my experiences.“

“No kiosks! It feels like an actual place i want yo go to instead of how distopian most mcdonald's are. Staff was friendly and not miserable. The best part was that the interior was, you know, DESIGNED FOR PEOPLE TO BE IN! All mcdonald's should be like this one.

“🔥🔥 MAJOR SHOUTOUT to the Castle Rock Wendy’s crew — especially Maria, the manager who is absolutely CRUSHING it! 🔥🔥
We’ve been to this location in the past, and to be honest, it used to be hit or miss… but not anymore. This place has done a full 180. The restaurant was clean, the food was hot, fresh, and came out fast, and the staff was actually smiling and on point. It felt like everyone was locked in and cared about the customer experience.
Maria deserves all the credit — she’s running this place like a well-oiled machine. You can tell she leads by example. The vibe was positive, the service was fast, and everything felt 10x better than your average fast food stop.
It’s rare to see this kind of turnaround, and I just want to give credit where it’s due. If you haven’t been to this Wendy’s in a while — GO. You’ll see what I mean. 👏👏👏

“Taco Bell is Taco Bell the food is never too great. But I had a special request the employee wasn't sure if if would be possible and quickly got an answer from manager. They were able to fulfill it and were accommodating. Definitely appreciated the staff.“

“This particular location has gotten WORLDS better since the previous curmudgeon of a manager is no longer there. Morning staff is great, afternoon/evening staff has an incredibly difficult time understanding English while taking drive-thru orders.
The service has vastly improved, HOWEVER, there is one employee that has a consistent habit of asking if customers want their change (ie. Total is $2.18. You hand over $3 cash, upon taking said cash he always asks if you want change). If customers didn’t want change - it would occur to me that the customers would advise as such upon tendering funds.“

“We came through for dinner this evening and ordered.. Chris really helped us out. He's the best. His customer service skills are on point 100% and he made our food with the upmost care. He got our order correct and seemed to care alot about getting our stuff out hot and correct. That man deserves a 5 star bonus pay raise!! Thanks Chris we had a lovely dinner!!!
