“We had the best time at Mirror Image! My husband and I were visiting from LA and wanted a central spot so friends and family from Longmont to Denver could swing by and say hello! Not only did Mirror Image let us reserve the spacious patio, they even had an indoor backup plan for when it got too hot (and it did and we used it!) The bartender, Jax, was super kind and was great on checking in us (we were there for 6 hours total with around 30 folks coming in and out) PLUS the beer was great and the shareable pizza and food was delicious. What a great spot, will for sure be going back every time we come to Colorado.“

“Don't know why this place doesn't have better reviews, it's a great sports bar with good bar food! Watched the Nuggets game the other night and it was poppin!! The ambiance was how any bar should be, loud and good vibes & the arcade was fillled with kiddos. We had the sweetest server who took great care of us and walked us through the menu. We had the jalapeño poppers, fish tacos and the mushroom flatbread. All of it was delicious!! And the food was responsibly priced. This place exceeded my expectations!“

Make you tip the back of the house without telling you without giving you a line item. They're just adding it to your check when they run your card without telling you, they're going to do it. They posted this baby sign on the door and said this has been posted for years. We've always done this well. I've been coming here for a long time. And I have never, ever been charged 5% for anything extra . This is new. This is b*******, this is ridiculous. Everybody needs to boycott copper rail and go to big choice on top of that. I'm sitting here and they have apparently reserved all their seating. So people keep coming in and they're just sending them away so far it's been 20 people since I've been sitting here.But they've just sending away sending away, sending away, sending away.It's horrible do not come here.... trash company management and children employees“

“After a walk through the Thursday Farmers Market, we happened upon Echo. I ordered the garlic cheese bread with roasted garlic and a half spinach salad with feta cheese, cranberries, and a pesto vinaigrette. The place was very busy, however the server tried her best. I loved eating outside and the ambiance made waiting to order and getting the food worth the wait! Leftover lunch for tomorrow, I think so“
