“You come here for the yummy chicken, NOT the sides!! Don’t get the beans and rice at all. Get the tacos. Make sure you grab the “HOT” salsa. It’s more like medium. Fresher ingredients than the mild. A simple and clean meal. Perfect after the gym. Been here 2x now.“
“This was our first visit to this newly established restaurant. I ordered the Enchilada Nortena (5) with 3 smaller sized enchiladas that were very filling: steak, grilled chicken, and a potato/chorizo filling - each have their own sauces. Exceptional & unique flavors with fresh ingredients. My husband ordered the #3 Combo: ground beef crunchy taco (4), ground beef enchilada (4), and a chili relleno (5) - large, meaty poblano, cheese filled, battered and fried with just right amount of sauce. Both platters are a served with puréed beans (5) and rice (4). I normally prefer chunky beans (personal preference) but these were delicious. Also, do not enjoy Spanish rice, typically underwhelming but these were very flavorful with smidge of melted cheese on top. Plates came out piping hot. Table served with freshly made warm tortilla chips and homemade salsa, puréed (5), very tasty. Service was good, attended to our needs at just the right time. Interior presented their culture and was exceptionally clean. Prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend this new restaurant, we will definitely return. They have unique flavor profiles that is a step above.“
“These guys are great. Super kind, super accommodating (to vegan options in my case), and super tasy, quality food and all around service.Vegetarian options: Has veggie burritos and tacos, and will make them vegan upon request (whole beans instead of refried [made with lard]) and also has sides such as fries, beans, rice, toetillas, etc. No faux meat options, but maybe soon!“
“They have a wide variety of Mexican food.My favorite would have to be the Breakfast Burrito it has Eggs, potatoes, cheese, pieces of thick bacon. I like making a dipping sauce of sour cream and their Famous Green sauce. So yummy! The SUPER FRIES and the SUPER NACHOSare so good and the portions are gigantic.Anything I've ever ordered is so large it's easily 2 meals. I've been coming here for years and the Employees are always friendly and helpful and the food is CONSISTENTLY FRESH and DELICIOUS.“
“We have been coming here since I was a little girl. Always have loved the breakfast burritos as well as the lunch burritos. I really can't say if anything else is great. But I'm 100% certain that it is amazing. It is an only Cash place, but the gas station right next to it has an atm so that's convenient. I'm so happy this place is blowing up. It is such a good authentic Mexican food truck at cheep!!!!!Parking: Parking is out front. Small strip of gravel, sprouts is right next door. Plenty of parking there if notKid-friendliness: There's not much to say besides if your kid isn't picky. This is a great place to eat.“
“Visiting this spot is a must in Grand Junction. Everything is fresh and delicious. We love their tortillas and chips, but their homemade salsa is gloriously addictive. Our relatives request it when they come into town. We’ve always found their tamales to be flavorful and juicy.“
“This is the best Mexican food in town!We ordered the birria, rice and beans. Our hostess also brought out a sampling of sauces. Each was unique and delicious. This place is incredibly authentic. Our hostess, who may have been the owner, was lovely and made sure we enjoyed the food. She was very attentive and fun to talk with.We will definitely be frequenting El Asadero.“
“Mary's is a hidden gem of a Mexican restaurant that I recently discovered, and I can't stop raving about it! The food is absolutely delicious, with authentic flavors that transport you straight to Mexico. The service is top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who go above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. It's a great local spot that exudes warmth and community, making you feel right at home. If you're in the mood for amazing Mexican cuisine, Mary's is the place to be. Also, don’t forget to try their amazing Michelada!“
“Really great food!!! It had been years since we last went, and now I don't understand why it took so long to come back.Parking: We went on a Friday evening, so they were packed. There could be a chance you might not find parking in the lot and need to park at the adjacent lot.“
“I arrived half an hour before they closed, and they gave me incredible service, I ate tacos de asada which was not the best, the carnitas taste good but very dry, the birria quesadillas are delicious, I'm going to come back to try more of the menu, it's A very nice place, I felt like I was in Mexico with the music and the atmosphere and of course with the food.Kid-friendliness: A family placeWheelchair accessibility: Easy and comfortable for a person in a wheelchair“
“Some of the best food I’ve ever eaten!! I’ve never been disappointed or had any complaints. I cooked professionally for over a decade and can tell they take pride in their food and producing a quality product. Personally for me, it’s convenient And close to my house, why I tried it Originally. However, now I find myself eating there all the time. Portion sizes are Beyond generous and I have never had anything that I disliked. Friendly people, great customer service 100% recommend.“

“We stopped in for a quick snack, craving queso and chips. The chips were great and the Mushroom Ceviche served with the house salsa was good though it needed more liquid. But the Queso was pretty bad, runny like soup and oddly bland. I did have a delicious Irish Coffee however and the service was perfect. We’ll be back to sample some entrees to see what Mi Mexico actually can do.“
“I have never had a bad experience here. The food is authentic, and fresh, and every single staff member is courteous, and prompt. My house favorites are the Carne Asada, and the Chilequiles with Shredded Beef. Their salsas and Chiles are all delicious. It's nice to see an owner, in their own restaurant, helping to keep that corner classy for our community.“
“It's an old pizza hut....I don't go for the atmosphere, it's comfortable...and..its good food. There is plenty of it for the price. Easy and relaxed eating.Recommend it for simple family dining, no fuss, a great answer to "what do you want?" , "I don't know ...what do you want?"Let's just go to Aztecas....“
“Absolutely love VIP Tacos.Super fast and efficient street food.Friendly staff is always helpful explaining what some of these items on the menu are.We have tried several different dishes that we couldn't even pronounce, lol but recommended. And they never fail us. Delicious fast Mexican food. The chili relleno is bar far the best in the valley!Atmosphere? North Ave. The Hollywood if Grand Junction. Love it!Highly Recommended“
“Ah yes, the classic LJ. For years me and the boys roll up to LJ for that late night half order of super fries. They use msg and grease to create delicious and addictive Mexican food. Worth it all day long. The tacos are pretty decent, they have a good serving size on them. The half order of super fries is the best use of money. (The full order has the same toppings but with more fries) LJs is also a 24/7 shop, so you can stop by anytime for a quick bite. This place is absolutely packed on Fridays and some weekends though. Enough so they have to hire third party security. I’m also a celiac, and I don’t get too horribly sick eating here. It’s probably cross contamination capital, but I can never tell if it’s gluten or just the grease bomb I ate making my stomach turn lol. So I’ll keep eating it every once and while. Y’all if you haven’t been here though, you gots to go!Parking: It’s a little tight of a parkway. When it’s not a line spilling into the road, you should be able to get in and out with a medium car quite easily.“
“After driving past the restaurant hundreds of times, I decided to come in to satisfy my needs for a good taco. M7 does not disappoint. Freshly made to order corn tortillas, incredible tacos, clean, and wonderful service. These are by FAR better tacos than I have ever eaten in the state of Colorado and would hold their own on the Texas taco scene. I am very impressed and will be back!“
“I will literally chase this truck to the ends of the earth. I tried them for the first time at an event and have been hooked ever since. You’ll probably catch me at any event they will be posted up at. Everything on the menu is incredible, and I can’t help but order one of every taco when I go, because I simply cannot decide on just one item. You guys are the GOAT, keep doing what you’re doing!“
“There's no average here. If you are ranking this place average, you are just doing it wrong. Get the carnitas burrito and just soak it in. Flavor every bite, juicy and tender. One of the best flavor profiles and composition I've found here in the valley. Well done, Los A's - you've hooked me. Bravo.“
“The food was delicious. The dessert was amazing, we got the flan. The nachos and enchiladas were awesome. The jumbo margarita was beyond good. The atmosphere was overall really awesome The lighting was just a little off. Overall, well definitely be back.“
“As ll I can say is that they should put out limes like they used to, or at the very least add it to the item ordered or even one better, ask the customer if they would like some. I love those with my food. It does not taste the same without.“
“Very clean restaurant. Large easy to read menu signs hang above the counter. We did have a little difficulty when we had questions on some menu items. Neither my husband or I speak Spanish and the lady taking orders isn't fluent in English. Another lady came from the kitchen area to help. The food is very good. My husband ordered the super Burrito and true to its name it was huge! My dinner was very good as well. I was disappointed in the size of the guacamole though. For $2.25 I was expecting more than 2 tablespoons of guac. It was very yummy tho.“
“Found this place on yelp and glad we did. We were seated immediately and given water and menus. Chips and salsa showed up immediately and did not disappoint, both authentic.I ordered the pork caritas and they were soft and juicy with an amazing flour in a corn tortilla with rice, beans, guacamole and hot salsa. We also ordered the pork tamale and toco. Neither disappointed. I hosts Iris, side with my wife in terms of the large margarita. If you driving go with the small because the large was huge!Iris gave great service and was a joy to talk tooParking was ample but this is not a big place so i am sure it gets busy. We were they around 11:30am.Highly recommend! Authentic mexican food!“
