“I’ve been coming to Garbanzo for years, and it’s hands down my favorite Mediterranean spot. Their pita is the best—fluffy, fresh-baked, and far superior to the super-flat pitas you get at places like Cava. I also love that they mix up all the ingredients before stuffing the pita, so every bite is flavorful and balanced. The food is consistently fresh, with great quality for a quick, build-your-meal style restaurant.

The service is always excellent—staff are warm, hospitable, and genuinely kind. A smile and a little courtesy go a long way, and it’s something I really appreciate here. The dining area itself is simple and clean with nice decorative touches, though I’ll admit the booths could use a little extra cushion for comfort.

Overall, Garbanzo delivers a great experience with fantastic food and welcoming service. It’s a spot I’ll continue to return to again and again.“

Matthew was attentive, made great and helpful suggestions and added a great element to our dining experience. we ordered focaccia and roasted garlic for the table and the bread serving was really small, and the warm olives were great. Salad was excellent, as was the desserts, but we found the Carbonara pasta wasn't quite cheesy/eggy enough for our taste. Nevertheless we enjoyed dinner and appreciated the excellent service.“

The service was fine, and I appreciated the food coming out quickly, but the pace felt rushed. The cocktails were weird twists on bar classics, and we've had better Chinese food elsewhere in Denver. “Extremely friendly staff, nice music, and open LATE. The lamb and saag are great, the dry chili tofu appetizer is hands down the best tofu dish I've had to date.
