“I wanted to give this place a try since there aren’t very many Vietnamese restaurants near here (you’ll have to travel to feds). I was expecting more of traditional authentic Vietnamese food but unfortunately it fell short. I ordered Goi ga, and was disappointed that it was catered more towards their audience. This place doesn’t have the traditional bun Bo hue (pork hock, pork meat, etc) but a spicy beef soup - some reviews here mentioned BBH, yea no. Overall, we received great service from the staff and the food was very good, fresh ingredients were used but for my taste of authentic Vietnamese food, I’d have to say it fell short - which is why I gave a 4 star and will make the drive to federal in the future.“

“Hands down one of the best banh mi in Colorado! I recently visited New Saigon after coming back from Vietnam and indulging in their local cuisine. It tasted just like back in Vietnam, if not better. I come from Houston where we have a huge Asian food scene and I was genuinely impressed with the quality of New Saigon, especially having to compensate for the elevation difference and how it affects the bread rising. I find myself always craving something banh mi from New Saigon now. This is my new go-to when I’m craving authentic Vietnamese food. You cannot beat it for the quality and price! We had eggplant, the famous brown butter egg dish, grilled pork, crudo, and jelly dessert. The pork was our favorite of the bunch, as well as the crudo. The egg dish gets a lot of attention. I thought it was fine, but believe most of the flavor there is the brown butter. It did not live up to the hype for me. All the food was yummy, but there is nothing that truly blew me away.
The service on the other hand did. Our server was amazing. So attentive, yet chill, and very good at reading her customers. She was probably the best server I have ever experienced. Very nice atmosphere and professional staff. This was stand out.
Parking in the back as well as on the street. Not too bad.“

“We love this place. We're regulars. We always have the same waiter - I assume he's the owner. He's always so nice and I've seen him memorize the orders of his regulars. He has an incredible memory.

I always get the vegetarian egg roll rice bowl, which I dream about when I'm not there. It's SO good. I've had this at other restaurants and it's nowhere near as good as it is here. It's AMAZING here.

Plus they have boba and smoothies, which my son loves.

“First time for me, I like the atmosphere of dining area and cleanliness throughout, with fast and courteous services but needs improvement of food in general, meaning food wasn't that tasty how it was made, I had the famous Vietnamese Phở but it doesn't have enough aroma how it should have. My partner she had the special combination noodle bowl and noodles was very dry.. too dry and wasn't that appealing at all, need much more improvement from their kitchen.“

“I have tried most Pho places in Littleton. This is the best one. Great stock, lots of noodle, lots of great tasting meat, veggies. Portions are more generous than at most other places. Allison was a great server, very nice and accommodating, however, the AC is fully incapable of cooling their establishment. Me and my group of 8 were all sweating profusely during our meal. “Large Pho Dac Biet was delicious, had all the necessary meats. My eyes were bigger than my stomach so ended up taking half of it to go. Reminded me of my mom’s cooking. Was hoping to have some culantro as a garnish to go with it but not a big deal.
The Goi Cuon was delicious as well. Good pork and shrimp balance and I liked the coconut heavy flavor of the dipping sauce.
The Cafe Sua Da was authentic in preparation and flavor, not the premixed ones at other locations that don’t have the chicory flavor from the Cafe Du Monde. Would 100% recommend.“

“Experienced a hit and run at the parking lot. While waiting for the police to come (took 3hrs), I got food here. The pho tastes really good! “I had one of the best experiences at Le Colonial in Denver, CO. I ordered the Cari Ga, the Curry Chicken entree. I have never tasted a finer curry dish than this one! “Dropped by on a busy Sunday afternoon with my sister. She got a tiramisu cafe and added flan I ended up getting a strawberry matcha with ube cold foam and flan. Overall the place was busy parking was a little hard to find I would drop by during the week. We roughly waited about 15 minutes give or take. The drinks were delicious the only thing is the flan tasted more like instant boxed flan. Regardless it was good and for being busy we got it in a timely manner . The space for waiting is not big so it was super crowded I will definitely be back when I’m in the area to try other matcha flavors.“
