“My friend, Greg Ebsen and I, recently completed playing golf in all fifty states. Naturally, we have developed a list of our favorite courses from around the country, and Ironbridge is right up there with the best we’ve seen. In fact, the back nine, which traverses through a canyon, is the most spectacular that we have been fortunate enough to play. And that includes courses in Alaska, Hawaii, California and Florida. The front nine is very nice, but the back is an absolute show-stopper. If you find yourself close to Glenwood Springs, Colorado, do yourself a favor and stop for a round…or two! You will not be disappointed!“

“My expectations were pretty high and the Pullman absolutely exceeded them. This is Michelin star food in an unpretentious space. Yes, there are some TVs on the walls. Yes, about half of the male customers are wearing baseball caps. But the food has delightful surprises. The blue cheese house-made chips were inspired. I had the pork shoulder with cheesy grits. Cheesy grits? Expected a filling, tangy side. But these had lovely subtle notes of smoke and thyme. The pickled carrots were like crisp mangoes, and they and the pomegranate provided little sparkles that elevated the dish. The cocktails had top notch interesting flavors, and so did the two mocktails we tried, no easy feat. We had 2 mocktails, 2 cocktails, 2 appetizers 2 entrees and 2 desserts for just under $200, very reasonable IMO.“

“I was passing through Glenwood and remembered their Pupusas. Just as good as always! Glad I stopped in. Cashier not very friendly, she does her job well, though. I love their selection of sauces and items to add to my order. From mild to super spicy, something for everyone.“

“So...the new owner could not leave things alone. This was our FAVORITE place to eat. These tacos are amazing but tonight we got home opened our boxes and they shrunk the taco size and it was not filled with wonderful toppings and filling-I am so sad if this is the new standard as I will no longer be eating here and I am not the only big fan-this is not going to fly.“

Despite a frustrating DoorDash mix-up, Glenwood Canyon Brew Pub completely turned the experience around. Our delivery order arrived from the wrong restaurant, so we drove over ourselves—only to find the original order wasn’t there anymore.

That’s when Sierra, the manager, stepped in and absolutely saved the night. She was incredibly kind, understanding, and professional. Without hesitation, she put in a brand-new order for us, comped the entire meal, and made sure everything was taken care of. Even during the dinner rush, our food came out fresh, delicious, and in just about 10 minutes.

Customer service like that is rare. Sierra genuinely cared about making things right, and it showed. We left full, happy, and impressed. Huge thanks to Sierra and the team—this is how you build loyal customers. We’ll absolutely be back!“

“Our server was Ryan , was pleasantly pleasant, was Johnny on the spot , I sat down , as my lady Powdered her nose, I wasn’t seated two minutes , asked what I like to drink, made a special request as my honey bunny likes Iced coffee, I had iced tea , and was back in no time , took our order, we had Caesar salad , that was fast , so the next time we stop we will ask to sit in Ryan’s area , five stars , we are new to Glenwood springs, love the folks, Love the area , he got a cash tip as well on the debit card bill,“
