While The Pullman is certainly an indulgence, I can confirm it is absolutely worth every single penny. We order a lot of food we can't get where we live, starting with the Oysters of the Day and deviled eggs, so delicate and delicious. The Pistachio Gnocchi was an absolute revelation—light as air, perfectly pillowy, and the subtle, savory pistachio sauce was rich and unforgettable. It set a high bar, which the main course somehow exceeded. The Wagyu was truly an experience. Cooked to a perfect medium-rare, the quality of the beef was evident in every bite, melting on the tongue with incredible richness and an inspired seasoning that brought out the natural depth of flavor. To finish, the Pistachio Tiramisu was the perfect capstone. It was a brilliant, inventive twist on a classic, balancing the creamy mascarpone and delicate ladyfingers with the warm, nutty notes of pistachio. It was a triumph of texture and taste. The commitment to excellence extended far beyond the plate. The service was the best I have ever received anywhere. Our server Megan was professional, knowledgeable and fun, she seemed to anticipate our every need. Courses were timed perfectly, and the staff offered genuinely warm and insightful descriptions of the dishes. This seamless attention made entire evening feel effortless and deeply special to celebrate our anniversary. “So...the new owner could not leave things alone. This was our FAVORITE place to eat. These tacos are amazing but tonight we got home opened our boxes and they shrunk the taco size and it was not filled with wonderful toppings and filling-I am so sad if this is the new standard as I will no longer be eating here and I am not the only big fan-this is not going to fly.“

“Glenwood Canyon Brewpub is always a solid choice. The service is consistent even when they’re packed, and they’ve got a big beer list plus some tasty cocktails. The food is always good and they usually add a few seasonal dishes, which keeps it fresh. My go-tos are the sweet tater tots, the banh mi, and the fish and chips.

The place is pretty big, so it never feels too loud and it’s easy to grab a table with a group. Definitely one of the better spots in town for both drinks and food.“

“Couldn’t say enough about Chris and Burly coming through for us on an interstate drive. They had a problem taking an order over the phone with their system but they worked it out for us and got us set up with food after a ten hour day of driving.

We went back for a drink because they were so excellent and loved the ambiance. And got the barbacoa bowl which was excellent!!!!

Couldn’t recommend them more. Will be back when we’re back in Glenwood Springs, no doubt!“

“I just moved back to the Valley and discovered this place. I give it 5 stars for service and quality. it's now my go-to for pizza. I'm interested in trying out their other dishes as well. They have a good selection of drinks in the cooler too. The only thing I didn't like so much were their underbaked chocolate chip cookies of which I ordered one and they forgot to serve me which I had to ask for. I prefer them crisp and not doughy.“

“I had the chicken curry with rice and soup momo, and it was really amazing. The chicken curry was full of rich spices and had that comforting taste of a home-cooked meal. The rice was soft and went perfectly with the curry, making every bite enjoyable.

The soup momo was just as good. The broth was warm and tasty, and the dumplings were soft, juicy, and very satisfying.

Together, the curry, rice, and momo made a meal that felt simple, fresh, and full of flavor. It honestly felt like eating food cooked with care at home. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys good, comforting food.“

“We happened upon Russo's one day while in Glenwood Springs. The pizza by the slice was just what we wanted and we ended up coming back two more times. The Notorious P.I.G pizza was our favorite - great, unique flavor! We highly recommend!“

“Last night's visit will be one we chose to forget. We were truly excited to conclude our evening by dining at Juicy Lucy's restaurant we favored by indulging with the fresh lobster. Disappointed that the seafood menu items had been removed from the dinner menu selections. My mother selected the only poultry dish, Herb Roasted Chicken. The presentation looked well desired, her first n only bite was enough to gagged! Once we saw our waitress walked away with another herb roasted chicken dish towards the kitchen it truly confirmed that the chicken was indeed old, tough and no favor. The topper was the same waitress approached us with the bill and wanted to charge us full for the meal lol. Here's your menu pictures advertised on your website...where's the lobster?“

“Food is absolutely delicious, fresh and fairly quick. Various options for beverages and food, super impressed with the vegan menu. Service is excellent, new owner Bishop is so friendly and kind. Other employees seem happy, even singing along to the music. Atmosphere is lovely, lots of tables and comfortable places to sit. Music is pleasant. We’re visiting from Chapel Hill, NC, and we couldn’t get enough of this place. I got the quiche with side salad one day, and it was great. The second time I ordered the breakfast special called the Bird’s Nest Bowl, and wow ? it was so tasty and filling!! All the ingredients were fresh, real, ripe avocado!! My daughter ordered the vegan breakfast sandwich and was so happy with it, she said it was delish :)“
