“My wife and I try a new coffee spot every two weeks when we can as part of a Saturday morning date. We've gone all over northern Colorado from Estes Park, Greeley, to all points in the metro. Jubilee is one of our favorites that we've tried. Service was quick, friendly, and on point. The coffee was delicious and at a good value. The atmosphere is what you would hope for from a neighborhood establishment like this. Good job!“

“Drove from Longmont to their Evan’s location. Nice comfortable physical space, friendly and helpful staff and the most delicious espresso (both regular and decaf) I’ve had in years. They also have a broad selection of coffees from around the world that they roast at their other location. If you’re not local they will ship to your location. Excellent coffee, buy it, drink it and be happy.“

“I have never visited their cafe as I live out of state, but I was sent a bag of the Civitas roast as a gift. This was right up my alley. I love a strong black coffee and this was very smooth, no bitterness as some coffees tend to be.“

“I have visited this shop many times. The coffee is weak and lacks flavor. The staff is friendly and the service is good. However, they need to do something about all the flies. Its very annoying when you're trying to sit and enjoy your food and beverage. One time I went during lunch and there was a large bee in the window.“

“I have only been to Black Rock twice, the first time I went the young girl working the 5am shift, gave me a suggestion and I loved it, second time I went THE SAME GIRL working the 5am 8/8/2025 shift was there, i explained i had only been there once and I wanted what the girl had suggestion, and the young girl REMEMBERED ME AND THE DRINK I had before. Such a sweetheart and the drink was amazing. GREAT JOB“

“I ordered a hot sugarfeee vanilla latte, and oh my goodness, it is DELICIOUS!!! The coffee blend is smooth, bold, not bitter or burnt. A very delicious comfort for the afternoon. The store is clean and very friendly people. Thank you Moonrise!!“
