“I had the best service ever at the subway. I had a wonderful sandwich ; the buffalo chicken. It was so very fresh and tasty. A young man, Isaiah, who was very friendly and courteous suggested toppings for the sandwich. The chocolate cookies and the cheesecake cookies were excellent, tasty fresh and soft. The jalepeno bread was really good. His coworker Rihanna also assisted with our sandwiches , and she was very friendly. These young people have a lot of responsibility and seemed to take it very seriously. They were very busy cleaning and putting things away. At times when you go to fast foods restaurants, the tables and flours are all dirty ; but that was not so at this facility.
My granddaughter also had a sandwich and it was made to perfection.

I used to work at one for about 4 years actually, so I understand it's not the easiest job at times and it can certainly be a difficult franchise to keep up and running, especially with corporate being the way they are.. And a lot of the negative reviews seem to be for pretty silly reasons. I mean, if you want your sub not to be soggy when delivered and you don't eat it right away, order the sauce on the side. That's just common sense ? Otherwise, I've been here a couple times now and still great as always, friendly and super helpful when needed. Secondly, handicap seating is disrespectful! I'm in a wheelchair so all of your tables being so far off of the ground is unacceptable... I'm also a bariatric patient so if you offered at least one but I'd probably say you should have three longer tables that had wide chairs with no rails on them for bariatric patrons, you'd have a whole new audience in here... I'm play bariatric patient and I would like to also say that being a part of this program I am one of 159,000 members... That's 159000 potential customers in the Denver metro area... Are you really willing to not consider them?
Lastly there are healthy options for those who are well informed... However, for beginners or people who don't really know what they are looking to buy you could reach an entire customer base by having a bariatric friendly menu... I've already lost 280 before weight loss surgery... Could you imagine if someone were smart enough to have followed my journey, and made me a spokesperson??? I could've help make an entire brand take off running! I have so many ideas as to how people are not being served... And a lot of real-world experience that should be utilized to make a menu change nation wide... Food for thought corporate...“
