“Messed my sandwich up. Ordered turkey Swiss there before and quite good. Today botched order. Had to remake. And even then still messed up. Crew I don’t recognize. Appeared to be trainees. Very disappointed. Don’t think I’ll return after $12 plus excursion. Waste of my money.“

“Customer service here is impeccable. They don't put ketchup on their sandwiches, but they went out of their way to make sure that I enjoyed my sandwich by putting ketchup from their packets onto my sandwich. I will only buy cheesesteaks from now on from this location I appreciate you going out of your way to satisfy customer, even though I didn't even ask you to do so. Hopefully management and staff recognize good help and people! This is what keeps small businesses growing Small acts of kindness“

“We have always enjoyed the giant Italian sub however today something was definitely off with it. It only had 3 of the 5 all meats, the seasoning off, the oil and vinegar ratio was wrong, and there was way too much mayonnaise.
Hopefully, this was a one off.
We will try again, but two strikes and your out.“

“The cashier was AWESOME. Very pleasant and personable. My friend and I do weekly Bestie Breakfast dates and only eat outside despite the weather, due to Covid. When we told him this, he went outside and turned on the heater for us! It was very appreciated! The food was also great! This will now be our new breakfast spot!“

“First time here. Sandwich was good, got the pizzle and added pickles. Employee who took and made my order had an attitude, not really sure what was up with that as I was friendly. The girl who gave it to me when it was ready was kind, however. Sometimes that first interaction is a bummer.“
