“If you have never been here, it sort of gives applebees but steak vibes. The blooming onion is greasy but delicious, i had the filet mignon with grilled shrimp and veggies (broccoli), it was tender and good, someone in my party sent back their steak because it was undercooked, mashed potatoes and mac n cheese were delish, someone else got the lobster tail and claimed it to be tough. Server was excellent, and my criques are for reference to in general, but i think for the price it is a fair value. The missed star on the atmosphete is not to say anything was done wrong, its just not amazing atmosphere. Its fast casual, i wouldnt expect anything more. Had the grapefruit desert pair drink and it was tart but good.“

“I’ve visiting Eddie V’s numerous times, but this time was special. Not only was the vibe just electric, Gabriel (Manager), was absolutely phenomenal. When we arrived, he advised me that the night would be magical, and to expect next level cuisine. Not that I doubted him, but I’d heard it all before, so to speak. Gabriel, you and the staff blew us away.. The bone in ribeyes were cooked to a perfect medium, The truffle, macaroni and cheese was fresh, and earthy, with just the perfect balance of sharpness. The asparagus was prepared just right. That purple diamond drink was phenomenal, and I recommended it to anyone who visits. For dessert, we had the bananas, foster, and the molten cake. Both were exquisite. Gabriel, thank you so much for following through with your promise, that this to be an amazing experience. It was that, and so much more. “I cannot rave enough about my experience with Manning’s!! I selected Manning’s to host the rehearsal dinner for my son’s wedding and we had 45 in attendance on a Saturday evening. I worked with Jessica to plan our event and she was exceptional!! I reached out numerous times about the types of menus, food selections, drinks, room setup, number of attendees, accommodations for children, etc. and each and every time her response was prompt, clear, professional and accommodating. Jessica ensured my planning was stress free. She was also present the night of our event to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. Needless to say Manning’s and their team exceeded my expectations!! I went with a fixed menu and they worked with me to adjust the selections to accommodate any dietary requirements. They also presented a variety of options for drinks and helped me to stay on budget. We arrived early to decorate and I was immediately floored to find the room setup exactly as requested. The tables and chairs are of good quality, clean, and in great condition. The room had a large mounted TV where we played a slideshow of the bride and groom. They had someone present to assist with the setup and ensure there were no technical difficulties. We were also provided a large coat rack immediately outside our room. I was also amazed to have a full team of servers taking expert care of our party. Melinda, Jess, and Ian ensured everyone was happy, comfortable, and well taken care of. I requested appetizers to be placed on separate tables upon arrival and my request was addressed without pause. I had 2 additional guests arrive unexpectedly and again, without pause, they were added to our party seamlessly. I went with a select drink menu and loved the variety of offerings. It met every request of my guests. Kudos to the chef!! Our meal was delicious!! Steaks were cooked perfectly. Pastas, salmon, and sides were hot and delicious. Desserts were outstanding. Everyone raved! After dinner was served the doors to our room were closed providing a private, quiet atmosphere. Overall the team at Manning’s were prepared, accommodating, professional, and exceptional! The food and drinks were outstanding! I cannot recommend them enough!!“

“I’m beyond impressed with this establishment. First off Josh our server was top notch. He was very helpful with my food allergy and was on point with drinks and service. The food was absolutely amazing. I had the Waygu ribeye and my wife had the Bison ribeye. The cuts were perfect, they were seared correctly and had a perfect temperature. The sides were even great. I gotta say we haven’t been impressed with many steak houses in the metro area, so this was an absolute breathe of fresh air. We will be back… ALOT!!!“

“One of my favorite restaurants in Castle Rock. When I ask for a rare steak, it always comes out rare, not overcooked. They always have high quality cuts and I really like their sides as well. Wait staff is always super friendly and pleasant. Love coming here for special occasions. I definitely recommend!“

“Andi our server was FABULOUS!! I got a 20 oz Ribeye and it's huuuuuuge. Learn your ounces.
It was cooked perfect and salted well. Salad with vinaigrette. Too much dressing for me but most people it was perfect ...the dressing was very tasty though. Mushrooms were okay. Bread was okay. Baked potato good. Steak was very good. I would recommend.“
