“We came in for the meatball sandwich but had none so the worker said they would be ready in 15 mins if we wanted to wait so we did. The employee serving us was nice he actually made our sandwich to perfection and when he saw there was an empty Parmesan cheese he got a new one. First kid Ive seen in Long time that actually gave great food/ customer service wish I got his name I think it started with an A? He deserves a shout out!”

“Food and employees are great at this location. But I was here today and the smoke detectors are beeping. It happens, and shouldn’t be a big deal, but I was at this same location 5-6 months ago and the same beeping was happening. Strange. Has to drive the employees insane.”

“It was chaotic and I haven’t ordered online very often. I didn’t know why one of my pizzas wasn’t 10.99 for Tuesday. And I asked politely. I also ordered salad dressing and had to get it from a person. The person was perplexed with phones ringing and people coming at him. Must have been a bad day but the pizza was good.”

“It was my first time visiting and buying meat. There are no signs out there so if you are not familiar with the location, you will not find it.

“The restaurant was busy but well maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. My son ordered a kids meal, but unfortunately, the cashier didn’t catch his request for mac and cheese. A few minutes later, the site manager, Chelsie, stopped by to check on us. When my son mentioned the missing item, she apologized right away and promptly brought out the mac and cheese. It’s clear that customer service is a top priority here kudos to Chelsie for her attentiveness and for keeping the place running smoothly and clean.”

“Has never really disappointed me. It’s always quick and exactly what you expect.. obviously it’s fast food so it’s not top notch. But as far as fast food goes it is my top choice. Always a great value. One of the fastest drive-through’s in the area for sure.. typically a huge line but every now and then I get lucky. The spicy is very spicy to be expected with great flavor.”

“Cindi is an actual gem and needs to be protected at all costs! She is the poster child of what customer service SHOULD look like and I hope her coworkers take a lesson from her on it. “Was not having a great day, ordered 4 drinks for my kids and I, my daughter promptly spilled all of them getting in the car. The manager and team were so kind, they offered to help with the mess and remade my drinks free of charge immediately to get me on my way. I could not be more thankful. That was a lot of money and of course it was on the way to school so I didn’t have much time. They were absolutely amazing and made the situation a little less stressful for my poor daughter!!!”

“The service is friendly and listens well, rarely have issues with orders and haven’t had any issues with food received. (I.e missing straws, food or sauces)

The inside is what you expect from any McDonald’s, not gonna blow your mind away.

So, I’d recommend it, you get what you order.

“Been here many times . Food is good but deterrence is I see some of the servers are misers and they hardly fill the food . Not sure if they want to reduce cooking cycles in a day . May be that’s their motive.”

“By far my favorite place to eat in Brighton, Nick and Chrisabelle are truly the sweetest people that have ever served me food. They’re so kind and nice and professional. Every time I walk into this place they make me feel like I’m with my family and they’re always so kind and positive. I don’t understand how anybody could ever come in and be rude to these people or leave a bad review and on top of that the barbecue food is actually amazing.”
