“Right next to the South Park railroad depot, this roadside spot is a nice spot in Jefferson that's open on the weekends. The food was delicious, although a little higher price point than I normally go for nowadays (I split a small fry), I'll say it was worth it because my son and I both enjoyed it. It's a cross between an outdoor sit-down restaurant (style of service) with fast food style ordering at the window and how the food is served (it offers the convenience of dining in or taking it to go). It would've been great for the atmosphere, but wind and cold weather blew in and made it cold and a little challenging to keep things from blowing off the table. If they set up something to provide a temporary barrier or enclosure that can be moved for the outdoor patio to manage weather changes like today, I'll gladly up the rating for that (sitting down to eat there). Otherwise, there's always the option of taking it to go. It makes for a great place if you're on a road trip or an occasional dining spot with lovely views.“
