I want to give them huge thank you for making a very bad situaton (thanks to Rosati's on Courtesy Road in Louisville) a great one. My 4-year old's birthday took place and I had arranged a delivery with Rosati's. They never came and wouldn't answer their phone. I wasn't too familiar with the area, but found this Cosmo's location only a few minutes away. I explained the situation and they were able to get me three perfectly cooked large pizzas and a few slices in blazing fast time and were incredibly understanding and courteous. It's great pizza, so I'd recommend it to anyone, but the incredible level of service really makes it an all-around great shop. Thanks to all those that were working on Sunday, 12/15! Me, and about 20 toddlers (and their parents), truly appreciate you!“

I’m not sure if this is an Uber issue or store issue. However I will be contacting AMEX to have my money refunded from the up charge from a Uber no matter what. I did not get the product that was offered for the PRICE. Other than my rant, their pizza is AMAZING! “Mici's is great. I recently had to call MIci's because I hadn't received my order and discovered that it was listed as delivered. I have mobility issues and couldn't go around the neighborhood to find it so the manager sent one of his employees to my house to find the order for me. They were pleasant, kind, and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my order was taken care of. Mici's gave me such good customer service, and I am so thankful to have them in my neighborhood.“

Only point I would make is that using the premade (probably boiled) cubed chicken from the pizzas is not as good as if you seared and cut a fresh breast for the Alfredo + “Blackened” Chicken. Given that it cost $4 more, I’d recommend cooking it fresh, it made the Alfredo more watery than it should have been. Otherwise, we were very happy with our dinners!“

“I've been living right down the street from this place for years and never knew it existed. So glad I found it! I'm actually from New Jersey and grew up going to the boardwalk in the summer. I haven't been able to visit my family in 6 years due to financial burden and walking into this place and seeing the decor was instant nostalgia. He apologized so many times said that he was going to make it right and have our order remade. Most places would have dusted the food off and called it good. He came back in a flash and was super nice. The pizza was large and amazing. The toppings are big and yummy. The ranch is delicious! We also got the garlic cheese things - amazing. Our amazing servers Julie and Ilona are top notch and didn’t miss a beat. “I took my grandkids there to have some one on one time with them. My one grandson had just turned 2, he absolutely loved Chuck E. Cheese. My grandson fell in love with him, Chucky spent so much time with him it melted my heart. The staff was absolutely amazing. Sampson really went out of his way for us. “I play Bingo frequently. If you are looking for a friendly atmosphere from other patrons, this is the hall for you. The owners are a delight and build personal aqantence with their guests. All the volunteers looking for sponsorship for their campaign are very friendly and a joy to be around. If you are looking for a bite to eat while enjoying the game the food is also exceptional and with a variety that pleases any craving. Paking is also vast and the hall itself is spacious. The line to get your packet is never long it moves swiftly thanks to the knowledgeable staff working the register. BINGO at the Bingo Oasis is worth the money towards the charity it goes to. It's a good way to support local school activities for the kids. This is my favorite bingo hall hands down.
