“I pulled off the highway to cover up some furniture that I was hauling, and realized I was extremely under-nourished and needed some food. I looked up and saw Jimmy John’s. I walked right in and had no idea what I was doing since it was my first time there. I Told them I wanted an Italian sub and they helped me through my order, and the wait was very short for a very delicious sandwich. It was so satisfying that I went back again a week later and it was just as delicious. Simple ingredients, perfect proportions and I really like the bread and the shredded lettuce. My only complaint was crumbs on the tables. Overall it is very delicious and I think this place needs more good reviews. The sandwich makers really do a great job. Excellent stop for a good bite to eat!“
“Adam and his crew are incredible!!!! I accidently went to the wrong JJ and was stressed bc I had my dogs in the car and had ordered curbside and no one came out... so I went inside kinda upset- and they couldn't find my order- turns out I was at the wrong place!! It was definitely was my fault, but the men working were EXTREMELY kind and caring, they made my food anyways and helped me out. This was incredible customer service from a sandwich shop- felt like I was at a 5 star steak house. I'm so greatful to Adam and his crew for my lunch today and the smile on my face. Thank you for being so nice when I was frustrated for being at the wrong store, y'all are amazing and deserve massive raises!!! I'll def go out of my way again to come to this place!“
“After my car wouldn’t start on my way to pickup an online order. The operational manager at this location, generously, decided to deliver my food for free. He took time out of his day to do something nice, even when I offered to pay extra. Thanks man!“
