“I am a member of the Alamo movie pass so I love all locations where theaters are. This was my first time at the Littleton one and I loved the look of the barn like building. The seating was awesomely spaced and it seemed like bigger theater rooms. The pizza was pretty good and the chips and queso. Dope movie. I loved it.“

“Great place, great food. It gets busy and a little loud so it's definitely a "social house". I meet a friend here for brunch sometimes and we both love the atmosphere. Parking can be a problem sometimes but there's a garage with paid parking if there are no spots available on the street.“

He cooks the food fresh every time as well. He drops the fries right when I order them. Very happy with this last visit. The one before, not so much. Fries were pre cooked and then sat there. Then the cold and dry fries were covered in very hot chili. I threw it away instantly! Didn't even go back! Thank goodness it was good this time!“

We stopped in before the Christmas parade and despite how busy it was, everyone was kind, attentive, and calm. “My intent was to keep it simple, Jimmy John's right next door was only original destination. I saw the sign It was rated at 4.7 almost unheard of for a restaurant. Well that peak to my interest and so I went inside and had an awesome dinner. I went in late like 8:30 p.m. they welcomed me in, even though all the benches were up on the tables. The restaurant was immaculately clean. The food's amazing, bonus it was healthy.“

“Probably best sports bar in Colorado. Found this bar beginning of Avs playoffs and now its a go to spot. Food is good, i tried multiple things and each was very good. Manager Nicole was awesome from day one, super friendly and made me feel like a true regular when i had only come a couple times. Servers Hannah, Mariah and shorter blonde haired waitress (she never mentioned her name actually) were beyond awesome. All gave amazing service and were on top of everything. “Coming from the New York Metro, I grew up with diners. Having lived elsewhere in the country, I discovered that they are rare when you leave that area.

I moved to Denver, assuming that real diners were behind me. Then we discovered Gunther Toody's. Oh joy! Bliss!

The rules of a true diner include 1. Breakfast all day.
2. Comfort foods, like burgers and meatloaf. This isn't a place that offers kale. And that is a good thing.

We decided to take advantage of the diner rules. My daughter ordered a half order of biscuits with sausage gravy. And Beignets. The raspberry, which came with a side of chocolate dipping sauce.

We took a booth by the Harley, and our waitress was wonderful. I ordered a burger with Swiss and mushrooms, and asked for mashed instead of fries.

And coffee.
I am a fussy about my coffee. No Starbucks for me. I brew my own at home with a coffee press, thanks. And I don't expect much when I eat out. But my java addiction is strong, so I asked for coffee.

First test...5 stars.
Fresh, just strong enough and no burnt overtones. I believe I downed three cups of their perfect brew.

The biscuits and gravy were fantastic. My daughter made happy sounds.

The Beignets were perfect. Fresh, light and the best compliment to the dipping chocolate. (I had one myself. The angels sang!)

Now let's talk about the burger. My inner carnivore was primed for beef. I should explain that all burgers are NOT created equal. I am a fan of In and Out, but fast food Burgers have truly dulled our senses to what a truly fine burger can be.

I took a cautious bite.

Omg.
I am not sure what they do. But it was delicious, and fresh and a perfect combo.
A truly fine burger needs no condiments. I ate this one just as it came. The mashed were wonderful to, with brown gravy on the side.

So good!

The prices were reasonable.
The service was lovely.
Absolutely worth a visit.
