“I just wanted to leave a quick shout out to Jen on handling a situation that came up with the app while I was driving and ordering I wanted to order a drink for myself and pick it up at the delivery window but in the area we have really bad Internet and I thought if I just backed out and re-entered I could just do it over again without any problems and I use 200 of my stars that I had unfortunately when I did that it deducted my 200 stars, but it didn’t say the order of my drink. I went into the store to have her help me figure out what could’ve happened. If maybe the order went through and it just didn’t reflect it on the app and it did none of that. She was very sweet and kind and she made me the drink. I had set an order to help with the situation. Jen was fantastic. I’ve been coming here since they open and they’re always kind courteous and amazingagain Jen thank you so much for helping me out. Really appreciate you“

“I am absolutely obsessed with this spot! Wolf & Honey on Main Street is the definition of cute and cozy. The atmosphere is so inviting. it’s the perfect place to settle in and relax.

“I love their coffee. Way better than Starbucks and better price. Unfortunately on 4-21-24 I went into drive thru around 12:54 pm and when I was about to order my drink the lady attending the place told me over the speaker that they were getting ready to close! I was like okay. Drove away empty handed!

If your hours of operation says Sunday closes at 1pm I’m assuming You close right at 1pm. Not at 12:54. 6 minutes should be enough time to make a couple of drinks right!

“I don't go to Starbucks as much as I used to, and as a former employee, I pay attention to a lot of little things just out of habit! The store was busy today, but I was still greeted immediately! The girl that took my order was patient as my kids told her which cake pops they wanted and I got a Triple Grande Carmel Brulee and it was hands down the best drink I've had all year. “Kaitlynn(sp) is the sweetest person! We were hit by a lady running a red light at Tower and 104th. She sent out ice water to my husband and two boys as well as the other lady. It was extremely hot and overwhelming. We ended up having to wait in their lobby for our ride. She checked on us, gave us ice for an injury my husband sustained and took care of my kids with some drinks and a brownie. In the world today, we need more people like her. She eased our shock and hurt with love and kindness. She deserves a raise, promotion or all the above!!“

“The lead Cheray at Starbucks is amazing i’m not sure if that’s how you spell her name it might be sheray but she is absolutely amazing. Great with customer service and will absolutely address anything wrong with your drink or the customer service couldn’t be happier to go back to the location, in fact, just moving back to Brighton might start using this location a lot more just because it seems like they really care about their customers and their opinions on their drinks“

“We were fourth in line at the drive thru and it took 16 minutes. However, the coffee was great and the food we got tied us over for our hour long morning drive. It was well worth it. The baristas were very friendly as well. We'll be back I'm sure“
