“Wow I mean wow, what a great experience for a great afternoon coffee. I would've never guessed how peaceful it could be inside a safeway. The Barista named haylei was very nice and extremely timely. Also very welcoming to a nice conversation really a great experience!“

“Stopped in to have a hazelnut latte and was pleasantly greeted when I walked in the door. The atmosphere was charged with positive energy from the Barista to the young woman taking very meticulous care of the outside dining.
When my drink was prepared my name was called out with a genuine interpersonal skill that is seeming to be lacking in so many people facing businesses.

The energy described above resembled bees happily at work making their honey inside of the hive.
I asked the young woman attending the out for seating to come for to complement her due diligence with her work. Her name is Cass and she was so kind and respectful and polite. Made my day and thank you so much. Y'all are doing it right, keep it up.“

“The young lady that served me was soooo kind and friendly. I dont remember her name but i was there shortly before 10am on August 13th. Girl deserves a raise and a promotion. I haven't gotten that level of customer service at a SB maybe ever.“

Nathan is always very polite and accommodating with drinks. I know it’s a pain to try to make Keto drinks and at least 60% of Starbucks employees have been very rude when asking for certain drinks. “Just now went through the drive through and the employee working it made my awful day so so much better. My drink is always with vanilla sweet cream and ordered online, but 9/10 times it gets left out and made with cold foam instead, then they double down that it’s in there even when it’s way too dark to have it— this employee caught it right away, said she would get it fixed and did so quickly and like in a real and happy to do so empathetic way?! I was having a really bad day and that flipped it around. Thank you so much drive through employee whose name deserved to be caught but was not!!“

“This is a good Starbucks location with two entry points. It has a drive-thru. They are fast, efficient, and friendly. My go-to favorite menu items: White chocolate mocha, the latte of the season, seasonal blended drinks, mini vanilla scones, chocolate chip cookie, oatmeal/rolled oats, and the berry parfait.“

“I've been going here forever. The employees are always so nice and friendly here. They definitely should be paid tons more. The only thing for Starbucks in general is they add WAYY too much ice into everything, which unfortunately takes away from the otherwise great flavor.“
