“Wow - I wish we had found out about this place sooner! As a devotee of fine European chocolates, I can say that Chocolatarie Stam is legit. If you don't think there's an enormous difference between US and European chocolate, you've never had authentic European chocolate. Our favorite chocolates of all time are from Leonida's in Belgium, but Stam gives them a run for their money! Their gelato is top notch as well. It's worth a drive to Lafayette just to sit in this beautiful, atmospheric shop and enjoy some delicious sweet treats.“

“This is legitimately the best italian ice I've come across in the state of Colorado. Most places just do the shaved ice where it's plain ice with sugar liquid squirted on top (then it all sinks to the bottom). This is the real stuff where it's uniform in flavor and super soft like ice cream. Wish there were more like this around.“

“Best BBQ in Colorado! We’re lucky to have it nearby to stop by for a quick bite or to pick-up for dinner. We’ve also ordered catering for Super Bowl and graduation parties. The pulled pork sandwiches, tender brisket and baked beans are superb…you can’t go wrong with good service and delicious food!“

“I. Love. Häagen-Dazs. After the remodel this place looks spectacular. It definitely brings a whole new life to this food court. The service is nothing but amazing. Even on the days where I’m not at my best, a peppermint bark milkshake always cheers me up and so does the workers. At this point I should wire my bank account straight to here! “I went here because I got a birthday coupon for an ice cream and I decided to treat myself. I ordered using the Cold Stone app, which was absolutely flawless. When I arrive, I'm told they are out of BOTH flavors I had requested in my creation. I accept their substitutions and go on my way. (The guys at the counter made me a little extra to make up for having to substitute.) Anyway, I got my follow-up email from the restaurant manager and I let her know about my experience. She wasted no time in acknowledging the problem, apologizing for the error, and making sure they made it right but giving me my next creation free. This is the kind of customer service that is absolutely disappearing from the marketplace. Once upon a time, this was how ALL businesses resolved their customer issues. I don't know who decided this practice was a bad idea and should be phased out, but they should be shot!
In my opinion, there is nothing that makes a business really shine to me other than the level of customer service they are willing to commit to. What you will find here is that level of customer service from way back when it was still a valued and appreciated part of any business interaction.

“5-29-2024 about 3pm2 beautiful ladies one younger gentleman at about 3pm today I stopped cause it's my birthday figured I'd treat myself since my day didn't turn out as planned. They just put a smile on my face made me feel special and I really needed that! I apologize for not catching names. I will definitely be back soon to update this properly! I hope you get this! “Let me start by saying I made the mistake of visiting Boulder Baked, nearly across the street from Crumbl to try them out. It was awful. Cookies are made to order and baked so allow at least 15 minutes. We were handed the hot.cookie smooshed in wax paper and partially melted. It was more of a volcano cake then cookie. We immediately went to crumbl and were blown away by flavor, value, and presentation. Skip BB, go to Crumbl“

“Couple of outdoor tables. One game outside to enjoy. Couple of inside tables. Lots of topping choices. The place was clean but also it was empty when I went. One cashier. She was friendly and answered my questions about how often the flavors get changed out. She said about every week they change the featured flavor. The froyo is good and creamy. Seems to melt pretty fast though. So if you add too many toppings you'll have a puddle to drink in the bottom of your cup. I always get the cheesecake peices and fresh strawberry toppings when I go here. Always good and tasty. I spent $11+ dollars today just on my own cup. It was pretty full but I expected to pay between $8-$9.“
