“Por is a favored restaurant of mine in the Louisville area. The staff is amazing - friendly, personable, and will go out of their way to make your experience comfortable and positive. Big shout out to Michael and Carter who catered to my needs every time I came in! They have a wonderful menu - and as a foodie, I particularly enjoy their entrees and happy hour food options! Everything from the duck confit to the steak is delicious! The atmosphere is so inviting and warm with both indoor and outdoor seating options. You can’t go wrong with choosing Por to dine!“

“We recently opened a new retail store nearby, and this is the restaurant I’ve been to the most in the last month! Great service, solid menu options, and an excellent variety of drinks. “Friendly feel and huge portions of authentic, organic tasting food! The omelette was delicious with plenty of potatoes and your choice of a full pancake or toast! Even got a blueberry pancake at no extra charge! The parking lot is always full and it’s hard to find the first time! It’s back in the South west corner of the strip area. Well worth discovering this gem!“

We go at least a couple times a month! For a recent Christmas get together, Shawn and the staff were able to get our party of 20 in and all seated. Of course, we love the arcade as well!“

“Famille is an undiscovered gem in Westminster. I've been twice now and both experiences have been great. Both times for brunch. The service has been really good. Food has been delicious. Great menu, everything sounds amazing, so it was difficult to choose. At my last visit I chose the Colorado Green Chili Ranchero and it was awesome! The atmosphere is so nice. Very comfortable with cool vibe.“

“Visited Boulder Cork for our anniversary and had the most wonderful experience! All of the staff were so friendly and kind, our food was delicious, and drinks were tasty. Their dinner happy hour menu has great prices and really good options. The prime rib was delectable and the fish & chips were fried to perfection. Mud pie for dessert was incredible as well! Thank you for making our night special! Can’t wait to go back. ❤️“

update mid march 2025: unsure if variation or a sign of decline, the lamb chops were mediocre and undercooked for what was asked for (substantial red left when asked for medium). very disappointing, but they were happy to correct the doneness. Hopefully just a fluke.“

“My husband and I had breakfast on a Sunday morning and we were seated right away and greeted by our server immediately. She was very pleasant and attentive. Our food arrived promptly and was fresh and delicious. The server noticed my husband’s veteran hat and gave him a military discount which was a pleasant surprise. The Delectable Egg did not disappoint!“

“First time visiting. My wife and I had a lovely time for her birthday and Hideaway made efforts to acknowledge her special day. My wife is a fan of prime rib and the Tuesday smoked prime rib special was perfect for her. Serving size was more than enough and the kitchen made a special arrangement for our appetizer. Service was excellent and the waiter recommend a chocolate birthday mousse that my wife fell in love with. Ambience was great and fit perfectly for our desired atmosphere. Nothing is forced; using organic, local, fresh ingredients is remarkable in this small town in Northern Colorado! Outstanding! Highly recommended!“

“Angelina was a total rick star and provided excellent service to our party of 12. The "new" food menu has such a wide variety of choices. The beers were cold, and the atmosphere was fun. It looked like they were expanding to the suite next door and would have darts, pool, and shuffleboard.

“I cannot speak for anything else on the menu, but the Huevos Rancheros were the best I’ve had (and this is my go to at every breakfast place)! Green chili is hot but super flavorful. I requested a side of chorizo (also delish) which wasn’t necessary in the end with plenty of pork IN the green chili. Also, our 7:30 AM server on Sunday was cheerful, helpful and quick! Will be frequenting this establishment for sure!“

“Our small group came for happy hour at 4pm. The cocktails and appetizers listed on the HH menu were limited but delicious. Place was mostly empty, so you can have conversations with minimum noise. Service was good as well.
I hope they do well and keep the place open.“

“This was such a great find! I wanted something low key to take my son in a stroller and this place hit the jackpot. There is a ton of room and the bartender is one of the friendliest guys I’ve ever been served by!I got a glass of wine and a charcuterie board while waiting for my husband and the charcuterie came of fast and was delicious.“

“Not that I wasn't expecting anything other than greatness, but my expectations were definitely exceeded. This was a super cool restaurant and decor was perfect. Server was phenomenal. Can't recall her name specifically, but she did say that she was named after a type of wine so that should be fairly easy to identify. 😆 Had a burger, which was phenomenal and short ribs, which were OK but honestly, a little dry. Still, flavor was good. Also had the deviled eggs which were a stand out. Overall, a fantastic experience and would highly recommend to anyone. “

“There are two wolves inside me. One is Nic, well-adjusted, civil, compassionate. The other is the Breakfast Beast. When I see a pancake that dark passenger inside me comes out, and I rip it to pieces with my teeth. My server Patrick saw the Beast lurking behind my eyes and told me the breakfast specials, taming it. Shout outs to Patrick, he was handling a giant section of tables while taking great care of me and my partner. Village Inn gets 5 stars from me.“

Our server Kat was attentive and made some excellent suggestions, which led us to trying the Par For The Course cocktail. This is/was an excellent choice for those who like ginger!“

“I live in the neighborhood and had heard about Tap and Burger so decided to try it. It was pretty busy , however, Celeste the manager was so friendly and accommodating . The food was good and the drinks made by John were even better! All in all we will be back and Thanks to Celeste and John for making us feel so welcome.“
