“The taste of the smoothies are pretty good but many times the consistency is off. Most of the time, it's too watery like drinking juice, other times the taste has a watered down taste. If I had a better alternative, I'd go there but since I don't, I'll continue to go to Jamba. It's not terrible, and they sometimes get it right, so it's a hit or miss when I go.“

“I love Dutch but today was let down. Got my drink wrong with size didn't even offer to fix just said oh I checked with you several times with you. When I don't remember even being asked about my size. I would have paid the difference but no offer at all to fix the size issue. Normally they would be right on that. Just not today. I went today mainly to try one of the new soft tops. I go about 2 to 3 times a week. Haven't had this issue before. I just was let down today.“

Connor (& the other young man) were both working extremely hard to take care of each customer who walked through the door, although it was just the two of them working and customers were rather steadily walking in. They were moving very fast, and doing a great job representing this business. This was obviously a stressful work pace, but they both remained composed and polite.“
