“I really contemplated on leaving a review or not just for the simple fact that this place is a hidden gem. This place puts any coffee chains to shame. My daughter introduced me to this cute, cozy, very inviting coffee place. It is my new favorite spot. Although there is no drive through the coffee is the best I have ever tasted! I love going here before school and work and getting my favorite latte!!! It is soooo good!!! The atmosphere is chill and welcoming to all. It is always decorated with whatever season is in and people there are always friendly. My favorite drink here is the Iced Chai Latte. It is hands down the best I have gotten from any coffee shop ever! They also carry fresh baked goods from a local bakery. They have this big gooey cinnamon roll, it could be comparable to cinnabon but only better! Anyway, this is definitely my favorite local coffee shop and if you haven’t tried it you definitely should.“

Though it is frustrating that the site doesn’t tell you what is added, like if you have a problem with texture and order the Pineapple drinks, it doesn’t tell you there’s fruit chunks in it. Which is fun for some, but really ruins a drink for others (like if you have sensory issues). And when ordering online for pick up i didn’t see an option to remove it.All in all great drinks, wish I didn’t have to chew them.“
“the service and friendliness of the staff are phenomenal. All the locations we visited so far. The one closet to our home, they recognize, sometimes they give my granddaughter more points or some free item in her app. The drinks are great, and far cheaper than their competitors for good coffee (for me) not burnt, and my gdaughter loves her mint chai on ice.“

The only drawbacks for me are: 1) not ALL their smoothie flavors are up on the screen and sometimes have to ask if they still do a particular favorite from the past (ex. Dragon Fire, the one with cayenne pepper), 2) not enough seating or out of the way space if they get hit with more than 6 people, and 3) prices are a bit steep ($8.79 for a medium smoothie with no extras); HOWEVER, everyone of similar business is just the same, so....I still go here as the location is convenient within the Southgate Plaza, and between World Arena area and home near 8th.“

“Ziggi’s is always good! I love their cold brew coffee. I get mine with almond milk and maybe a flavor shot if I’m feeling spicy (toasted marshmallow and butter pecan are my favs). They have good breakfast items, like a bacon breakfast burrito. You can get it with or without salsa. Great service, always quick and courteous. Price-wise it’s equivalent to Starbucks, and I think it’s worth the quality. Thanks Ziggi’s for great coffee!“

“Overall, this location is great. Nice people, very friendly. My dog can be crazy but they know him there and don’t freak out if he barks. Drinks are always great. Only downside is the couple times I’ve seen a really long drive through line, I’ve thought “it has to be much faster if I go up to the window” but every single time I’ve tried walking up to the window, it’s taken much longer than 10 minutes. I think I’ve done it 4 different times and the first time was 25 minutes, second time was 20, third time was 25 again and the last time is actually right now. I’m standing at the window and the lady in front of me when I walked up had to wait 35+ minutes for 3 drinks, I’ve so far been standing here in 27 degree weather and it’s been 18 minutes as of now. I order 2 iced drinks.. every other thing about this location is great, I just don’t think it’s worth walking up to the window if you don’t have 30 minutes to spare. Even if the drive through line wraps around the parking lot, I would not recommend walking up to the window. I’m writing this review not to be snarky or hate on this coffee shop.. I am just hoping maybe somebody sees it who is able to change the way it works here. If there’s a yellow car that is last in line, when I walk up to the window, then when the yellow car is leaving the drive through with their drink, I should be getting my drink next at the window.. it doesn’t make sense that the window drink takes so much longer than where I would be if I was in the drive through line..Again, everything else is amazing, but the walk up window is absolutely ridiculous. Any more than 10, possibly 15 minutes and something isn’t right and should be fixed.Edit: it ended up taking 32 minutes, but today they actually know me and apologized for the long wait, which is appreciated. I will continue to come here basically every day for my coffee, I just won’t walk up to the window unless I’m in NO rush and it’s a nice day out..“

“OMG This place totally hit the spot! My husband and I stopped in for a late lunch. I had the Reuben and I can honestly say I've never better one and I grew up in New York. The rye bread was perfect and the corn beef was exactly the right texture to offset the sauce. My husband had bacon pancakes and they were fluffy, golden, and delicious.10/10 highly recommend for a quick bite when out and about in Manitou Springs.“
