“I ordered at the drive thru today Sunday, 11/09/25 @ 12:30pm.
Those details matter because i think the owner should be aware of who was working and how well they work together as a team.
They were friendly, efficient, and my food was hot, fresh and good..... and made how it should be. Didn't have to go inside cuz they totally skimped on something or just forgot something completely.
Been a long time since i could say all of this about a visit here. So glad i decided to give it another try.

BUT.... if you try to order an extra patty on a burger, apparently you're speaking in foreign tongues, ordered a guacamole bacon burger with an extra patty tonight and didn't get it. This is the 3rd time they've "forgotten" to correctly give me what I paid for (and there prices have gone up lately, not a lot, but more than it was a couple months ago). From now on, I'll be unwrapping burgers before I leave the drive thru, sorry to anybody behind me in line, but I'm tired of getting screwed 🤬 Otherwise, the staff is always very nice and very polite.“

“Wish I could give a 5 star review, considering CFA is my favorite fast food spot.
Everything was to expectations. However, my husbands hash browns came half empty and the spicy chicken in the biscuits was rather small in comparison to the biscuit size.

“Always Great, but how can you mess up if you only serve one item??? It's a staple for me, chicken fingers and sweet tea. A little taste of home. The food was good. The food was hot 🔥. The food came out very quickly, no waiting. The restaurant was extremely clean as to be expected.
I will not hesitate to return over and over with quality such as this. You can even pay more because of what you're getting.

“We have gotten to the point we know what to expect from every Raising Cane's place we head to. And what do ya know, this place is jist as good.

Nothing too special to write about here, linch rush is as crazy as anywhere in the area. However, they do handle it with the quickness, the wait for our food is solid and they even gave us an extra honey mustard due to being out of ketchup.

The dining area is pretty clean, too. As they all have been. They keep their business for a reason.“

“I’ve been to many Chick-fil-a’s, especially in Houston where I came from. The food was amazing, and at the end of our meal, a kind lady gave me and my table some butter mints. We don’t get that in Houston! And the warm lights and calming environment is really needed on a vacation.“

“First time at a Carl's Junior. The staff was very pleasant & helpful. Burger was delicious! They even put it in a lettuce wrap since I'm gluten allergic. I just asked for no bun as I didn't want to be a problem. They went above & beyond to ask if they could use a lettuce wrap. That was really very nice of them. “Typical food chain which i avoid at all costs.
Gave it a chance chicken sandwich was good not fond of crosscut fries but they did not detract from the meal.
Typical fast food but I think done well. In and out burger does the same thing. Min but good menu and do it well don't try to serve every kind of food there is. Pick you niche and do it well“

“Delicious! I always get the Patty Melt. Remember you can always get a single burger pattie, instead of double. The shoestring fries are great! Be sure to ask for a couple of packets of their seasoning salt - and choose a couple of their dipping sauces too. And ANY of their custard desserts are terrific - my fav is the original turtle sundae.“

From the sweetness of the person taking our order, the kind cashier that took our payment and the ladies at the pick up window who made sure our food was super fresh. “I should say normally we love it - this time was disappointing because we arrived at 10:23. We were headed back home & our 4 hour drive was in front of us. My husband is having cancer treatment at University hospital, and just wanted one of their Oregon Blackberry shakes. The lady on the intercom said she couldn't do those until 10:30. Of course then we could not get out of the curbed-in drive thru ... by the time we waited for the cars in front of us to be thru it was 10:29 when we reached the window.... where my husband said to just drive thru. Sometimes small things are important to people ... would it have really been so hard to do?“

“Im sitting outside this location, and since I walked in, I was looking for an ice cream cone but left with a rootbeer shake and with a smile on my face. the older gentleman's name was John, I think I may be wrong. he not only knew the history of the a&ws past, but gave me more information than I had originally walked in knowing and even though I was rude at first he still made exactly what I wanted and was real cool about the whole situation. I'll be coming back because of him. Thank you. He had grey hair pulled back and was working the register and ice cream station. he also gave multiple suggestions. He is an asset and deserves a raise!! I'm sure he put up with a lot of rude customers who don't take accountability when they're the ones who were more than likely rude and still was nice to them. He chose to be nice to me, and that showed me more respect than I had him. Definitely someone I'd keep happy and employeed! Thank you very much. I'll be back!“

I recently traveled around the country and got treats at other places with no comparison to the quality and consistency of this restaurant. Add to that - the staff is always courteous. “Only reason not a 5 star on food is because the "Orange Julius" I ordered was nothing like it should be. I don't know if this is a prepackaged item mix, but they need to go back to the drawing board and make this great like it once was. Asking all fans of the orange julius that are old school and give your opinion. Guess I will have to go on-line for the original recipe and make my own. Other than that, our additional items were great! Customer service was outstanding!“

The soda fountain isn't working at the moment, that's fine, but the toilet in the men's restroom doesn't flush all the way and the hand soap is either empty or not working---I'm going with the latter since it doesn't make a noise when I put my hand under it. The bacterial hand sanitizer works though.Again, service and food are both on point, and inside is a decent sit-down eatery. The restroom is the only issue.“
