“We had an excellent experience at First Watch. Our server, Michaela, was absolutely incredible, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome from start to finish. The food was really good and came out quickly, the atmosphere was comfortable and relaxed, and everything was very clean. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, which really added to the overall experience. Great service, great food, and a place we’ll definitely be coming back to.“

“To the horrible woman who went to this place on Saturday, May 10th at approximately 7:00 pm. I wish I knew who you were, you are a pathetic human being! What gives you the right to berate a waitress barely older than your own daughters? What could have possibly been such a big deal? Did she delay your ketchup? Maybe forgot your ice water? Whatever the issue, it in no way warranted you pouring maple syrup all over the place like an angry toddler! Where do you get off treating other human beings that way? Food was decent and exactly what we expected at midnight on a Thursday.
But our service was IMMACULATE. Carlos was absolutely splendid! If you end up here, request Carlos and you will not be disappointed. Thank you again Carlos, you are the epitome of wonderful service!

It was a short wait but well worth it. Our server Alena was very helpful in getting our diverse order together. Food and drinks were exceptional. I recommend the Chickichanga and morning meditation. “We had the most amazing experience at The Original. It was our birthday and my sister and I went to enjoy breakfast. We had the most genuine, kind server name Teej and he made the whole experience just absolutely amazing. The management and Teej were so sweet to us and just made us feel so so special. And then on top, the food was so tasty and flavorful. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone to go enjoy food and the wonderful service here!“

Portions are huge, I ordered a sandwich with a soup and side salad and ended up taking the entire sandwich home. It was delicious as dinner later that night!“

“One of the best breakfasts I've ever had, and absolutely the best omlette I've enjoyed. My wife and I shared a few cocktails, including their pride month offering. I stared with the spicy egg salad on crispy potato because the menu said "everyone needs at least one," and I try to be a rule follower. It was a good first bite, but not the best part of the meal. My wife had the chicken sandwich, which was a special menu item. It was fantastic (I had a bite). For me though, the omlette was the star of the meal. the eggs were fluffy and cooked perfectly. The sauce was a nice complement to the eggs and beet cured salmon, separately, and also as a composed bite. The real treat, however, was the spring peas (not pictured) on the inside. We'll return next time we are in Denver, and reluctantly, I'll try something else from the menu. I should add that our sever was fantastic, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the wall of sauces is a little overwhelming, but in a good way. My favorite was the Colfax Killer. I really enjoyed it on my wife's fries and the greens that were on the side of my dish.“

“We live over a hour away, but when we do come to town, we love to stop by this location or the one off of colfax with our kiddos. Every time we go, it’s always a great time and amazing food! Today our waiter just made our whole day! We all ordered the Nashville chicken tenders with their waffle fries, except my daughter, she wanted cheese pizza. My daughter had just finished her pizza and as she was finishing up our waiter brought her out another slice on the house. Such an amazing gesture, such a kind heartfelt act. “There food is excellent. My husband and I have been going to this location for a long time. We know all of the waiters and owners. Laurie, Jim, Chris, Dillon And Tina are so nice to us. When they see us coming they know that my husband always has an Americano coffee and they are right on it. They just reopened 7 days a week now and we are so thrilled. Of all the Le Peeps in town they rank number one in my books. Please go there and you will see that they have good food and are all so nice. Just like family!“

“The a/C barely worked I should have went with that and left. I ordered a turkey burger. It tasted like a freezer burned patty, not like the thick hand made patties they use to serve. The bun probably 3 days old. The fries were good as was the waitress. I won't go again. They obviously have cut the quality WAY down.“

“I seriously cannot think of a better spot to have brunch. Cozy cottage is the best place to have brunch in the city! The blueberry pancakes are made with love and fresh blueberries that melt in your mouth. 🤤 the chile verde was MAGNIFICENT and pairs really nicely with the breakfast potatoes.

My friend and i had mimosas which was definitely the perfect ratio of champagne and OJ and very refreshing. And the vibes were vibing. The staff was very attentive and kind, and everyone dining seemed to be genuinely enjoying their experience. 🩵
