“Came here with our kids and their friends a little while back. The atmosphere was fun and the service was great, but honestly I didn't find the chicken all that amazing. It was overly crispy and the chicken didn't seem completely breaded. Maybe some people love it but not for me. Fried were pretty bland as well, though the sauce was great. Overall fun to try but probably won't return, especially given how expensive it is.“

“I walked into Dave’s late on Wednesday night, 20 min before close. I needed a quick, decent meal. I was greeted and helped by Ryan. The guy is killing it. Customer service was top notch and I was treated as if I was a customer in the middle of the day. Ryan was helpful and attentive and went above and beyond to ensure I enjoyed my meal. Shout out to Ryan, and shout out to Dave’s chicken.“

“Visited for the first time ever. My gf and I both ordered the 2 sliders meal. It was good… although I’m eager to return and just try the tenders, which appear first on the menu. Upon returning and trying the chicken alone by itself, I could easily upgrade this to a 5.

⚠️ TO THE SPICE LOVERS OUT THERE ⚠️ Many reviewers say that it’s really hot chicken. If you eat spicy foods regularly and have a higher tolerance, I would suggest ordering extra hot or the hottest option available. I tried hot which is 2 below the hottest available option. It had heat to it, but it wasn’t in the optimal area of satisfaction VS spice. Coming from a person that eats more spicy things than the average person.

Nonetheless I enjoyed the meal and absolutely clobbered it. The pickles offered on the side are a nice touch. They taste fresh, and I’m sure go well with any slider or tender. I chose to eat them on their own, which I imagine can be a nice spice break if you order one of the hotter options. The sliders that we had (pictured) had cheese added… and alongside the coleslaw I’m sure numbed some of the pain.

Overall as a spice lover… I was left satisfied but wondering just how good it could get. So I recommend if you like spicy spicy things try extra hot at a minimal. If you don’t like spice at all order something much less and you will still have an enjoyable experience. It’s good chicken no doubt, blows Caine’s out of the water as far as quality goes. Small, simple menu that delivers the execution you expect from a chain with such dedication to smaller perfections!“

“One of my favorite spots in the area and definitely one of the best gluten free spots in Colorado. It’s such a treat to be able to get gluten free fried chicken and other menu items. Everything on the menu is tasty, my favorites are the chicken tenders, the buffalo wings, and the mashed potatoes. The staff is always amazing and kind, and their back patio is perfect on a hot day (nice and shady). The Mexican lager and margarita are our go to drinks and they’re perfect. 10/10“

“10/15/2025: This was a great place for a quick lunch inside the Whole Foods grocery store on Wewatta. I spent about $20, but it was tasty, higher-quality food. An awesome variety of soft drinks, too. The service is very prompt and error-free. I would definitely come back to Whole Foods just to have lunch at Birdcall.“

“This Cane's was better that the one where I live! My last visit to my local Cane's wasn't great. Wish I lived closer to this one. The server was very nice and friendly. Repeated the order a couple of times, and it was right! Chicken was great and stips were a decent size. They also use different containers than we're used to. I'm used to Styrofoam, which I don't like, because your fries get sweaty. These did not. Would come to this Cane's again! Very good!“

“Amazing experience! I was a bit hesitant at first because the location is very busy and hectic, but this store far exceeded my expectations. Despite the crowd, the operation was seamless. The manager, Jay, was doing an incredible job—personally clearing tables, checking in on guests, and ensuring everyone was happy. He helped me find an outlet that was working so I could get some work done, and when I was rushing out the door he grabbed my drink for me without hesitation. Small things like that really stand out. “I would give it more stars, but the American cheese that you use is not very tasty. It tastes very odd and fake. I’m not a huge fan of American cheese anyway, but this one’s even worse. Hopefully you will find it in your pocketbook to get some better cheese. It makes the sandwiches, not taste so well. Usually, I order Colby Jack instead, but I still got American cheese. 🤮“

“Clearly you must be having some training issues at your store as I just ordered a 10piece mini and a coke and was told it was $29 and change. When I questioned how it could possibly be nearly $30 for ten chicken minis and a Coke the supervisor was put on and she confirmed that it was indeed the price. I can order a 4 count mini for $4.19 but a ten count is nearly 30 bucks? So your chicken minis cost three bucks each??? Thanks for wasting my time this morning!“
