“Best Einstein Bros. Bagels Bakery due to the freshness of the bagels, the quality of the sandwiches, and the cheerful and extremely helpful and knowledgeable employees and manager. Their app is well designed and user-friendly. It is always a joy to have Sommer wait on me as she recognizes me and is ever so thoughtful. She and her staff understand that I am hearing impaired and they go the extra mile to make sure I get exactly what I order.“

“I must say, the customer service was above and beyond. I’ve been to others and it was very transactional, get in, get out but today was definitely different in a good way. I enjoyed the country bagel and gravy sandwich and it was amazing! Loved the pepper shmear and the sausage bagel was tasty!“

“Definitely not the first issues I have had with this store. But its great to be told they are out of the bagel for you sandwich AFTER you paid already. Especially when you are in the drive through and the guy gives no recommendations on what else is good with it. Sorry I don't have all of your bagel flavors memorized 🙄“

“My husband and I stopped by today and it was fantastic! They have so many great people and they made it fun. Kaci was the one that took our order and helped us today. She was so sweet and attentive. We both got the caramel cold brew and let me tell you it is addictive! Their food is great and fresh. We will definitely be going back!“
