A huge part of that is thanks to Managing Partner Mike Corcoran, who clearly sets the tone for excellence. His leadership shows in every detail—from the warm greeting at the door to the seamless, attentive service throughout the evening. The staff reflects that same level of professionalism and care, making you feel like a valued guest rather than just another table.
The food was outstanding, as always. Perfectly prepared steaks, rich flavors, and beautifully presented dishes made the meal feel special from start to finish. Every course came out at just the right time, and the team was knowledgeable, attentive, and never intrusive.

“If you can eat pasta/flour overseas but not in America, this may be the place for you. ⭐️
Not only was our food outstanding, but the service was exceptional.
Our waiter was incredibly patient and kind with all of our questions about the different types of flour and pasta they use. (I’m horrible with names. I wish I could give him a shoutout!) He even took pictures of the types of pasta they had so that we could research whether they were truly imported from
Italy and safe for me to eat. Obviously not gluten free but free from the harsh chemicals American flour/pasta has.
The junk in American flour affects me within about 10 minutes of consuming and I had zero reaction! 🙌🏼
My husband chose the Spicy Soppressata and I had the carbonara with tagliatelle - both were divine. We shared the truffle fries as an appetizer - they were a tad too sweet for my liking, but delicious nonetheless. Ending our meal with affogato transported me straight to heaven.
I wish we lived closer because I would frequent this place! But I am beyond thrilled to have found a gem like this.“

“My mom and I tried Zane's Italian Bistro for lunch. We were greeted by a friendly hostess who sat us in the bar area. Mike, our bartender and server was nice and the service was great. We ordered the two for $15 lunch special and a stuffed mushroom appetizer. The food was absolutely delicious. It was the best Italian food I've had. The atmosphere was so cozy and we were having the best time when Zane came to the table and asked how everything was. It was such a great experience. I would highly recommend this place.“

“This is one of the BEST Italian restaurants in the Denver area with great atmosphere! The servers and food were the best. Veal piccata and bread yummy Just disappointed that the Hostess was not welcoming (maybe having a bad day, which is understandable-it just brought us down)“
