“Hands down one of the best banh mi in Colorado! I recently visited New Saigon after coming back from Vietnam and indulging in their local cuisine. It tasted just like back in Vietnam, if not better. I come from Houston where we have a huge Asian food scene and I was genuinely impressed with the quality of New Saigon, especially having to compensate for the elevation difference and how it affects the bread rising. I find myself always craving something banh mi from New Saigon now. This is my new go-to when I’m craving authentic Vietnamese food. You cannot beat it for the quality and price! That broth is perfect and I didn’t have to spice it up much at all like some other restaurants though I do like spice so added some Sriracha and jalapeños after the first few tastings. The medium bowl is a large at most places though I’d like to try the large next time as it was so good. The Pork Banh Mi is fantastic and I’ll definitely order it again next visit too!“

“Upscale Vietnamese on Colfax. Came to celebrate a birthday. Reservations recommended.
We had eggplant, the famous brown butter egg dish, grilled pork, crudo, and jelly dessert. The pork was our favorite of the bunch, as well as the crudo. The egg dish gets a lot of attention. I thought it was fine, but believe most of the flavor there is the brown butter. It did not live up to the hype for me. All the food was yummy, but there is nothing that truly blew me away.
The service on the other hand did. Our server was amazing. So attentive, yet chill, and very good at reading her customers. She was probably the best server I have ever experienced. Very nice atmosphere and professional staff. This was stand out.
Parking in the back as well as on the street. Not too bad.“

“I ordered A grilled chicken pho and beef spring rolls for delivery for the first time and the food didn’t disappoint. Great broth flavor and good portions. The peanut sauce for my spring rolls had a great taste. I got very full and not to mention their reasonable prices. I will definitely be returning in person!“

“Dropped by on a busy Sunday afternoon with my sister. She got a tiramisu cafe and added flan I ended up getting a strawberry matcha with ube cold foam and flan. Overall the place was busy parking was a little hard to find I would drop by during the week. We roughly waited about 15 minutes give or take. The drinks were delicious the only thing is the flan tasted more like instant boxed flan. Regardless it was good and for being busy we got it in a timely manner . The space for waiting is not big so it was super crowded I will definitely be back when I’m in the area to try other matcha flavors.“

“I had one of the best experiences at Le Colonial in Denver, CO. I ordered the Cari Ga, the Curry Chicken entree. I have never tasted a finer curry dish than this one! It was one of the most succulent meals I have ever tasted. The curry sauce is impeccable! The ambience is absolutely unmatched as well as the service. “I love Pho Asian Fusion! I’ve been coming here since I moved to Denver in 2017. My order is tofu veggie pho with beef broth. The broth is flavorful, the portions are great, the people are nice! I also enjoy the vermicelli bowls and the bahn mi! It’s my last night in town before moving again, and I’m picking up pho asian fusion one last time. Will miss this spot! <3.“

“This used to be my go-to spot for pho especially considering there are not many places around open past 9pm. Their pho was never the best but their prices were lower than nearby competition and their hours are more convenient. This place is your typical old school pho joint and personally I love the spicy chilli crisp oil they provide.

But recently they've updated their menu and with that came additional price increases, which they had already increased steadily over the last couple of years. I was disappointed to learn that my go-to bowl with rare steak, tendon, tripe, and meatball was no longer officially on the menu without paying for additional add-ons.

During my last visit it took ages before one of the older gentleman took my order except he took my order incorrectly. The other older gentleman (the owner) corrected it and took back the bowl and brought out the correct one after another few minutes. Unfortunately I could tell that my new bowl was just reused from the previous one, which I don't have an issue with but it also made my pho noodles overcooked and too soft for my liking.

I get that they had to change prices with the times but now that their prices are aligned with nearby Viet's or Pho Hong, I'll just go to the other places instead since the prices are similar and their pho broth is much tastier.“
