“Hands down one of the best banh mi in Colorado! I recently visited New Saigon after coming back from Vietnam and indulging in their local cuisine. It tasted just like back in Vietnam, if not better. I come from Houston where we have a huge Asian food scene and I was genuinely impressed with the quality of New Saigon, especially having to compensate for the elevation difference and how it affects the bread rising. I find myself always craving something banh mi from New Saigon now. This is my new go-to when I’m craving authentic Vietnamese food. You cannot beat it for the quality and price! “I took my girlfriend here for a celebration dinner and it was such a great experience.

The green beans were perfectly done. Our server recommended the shrimp and it was one of the best dishes we had. It was seasoned so well. The wings were also delicious. We wish we could have brought the sauce home. The fish was also amazing. While the salad was good, the other dishes just were so amazing we almost forgot about it.

I can’t wait to come back and have another wonderful meal.“

“We took a group of four (4), and it was our first time. All of us tried the Pho, and some of us had boba. The service was fast and kind. We went at lunch time, the rush came in after us. It seemed to be popular. It's as good as pho restaurants back home, so it was nice. I enjoyed the art inside. The chili oil was good. The utensils were reusable, which I love and appreciate.“

“I have tried most Pho places in Littleton. This is the best one. Great stock, lots of noodle, lots of great tasting meat, veggies. Portions are more generous than at most other places. Now, it's a bit of a hole in the wall with respect to decor and ambience, but if you want the best Pho, it's the place to go.“

Allison was a great server, very nice and accommodating, however, the AC is fully incapable of cooling their establishment. Me and my group of 8 were all sweating profusely during our meal. “Dropped by on a busy Sunday afternoon with my sister. She got a tiramisu cafe and added flan I ended up getting a strawberry matcha with ube cold foam and flan. Overall the place was busy parking was a little hard to find I would drop by during the week. We roughly waited about 15 minutes give or take. The drinks were delicious the only thing is the flan tasted more like instant boxed flan. Regardless it was good and for being busy we got it in a timely manner . The space for waiting is not big so it was super crowded I will definitely be back when I’m in the area to try other matcha flavors.“

“I love Pho Asian Fusion! I’ve been coming here since I moved to Denver in 2017. My order is tofu veggie pho with beef broth. The broth is flavorful, the portions are great, the people are nice!
