“I have been to several Vietnamese restaurants in Colorado and this is definitely the best! The food is fantastic. The vegetables are fresh and the seasoning is perfect.The service is outstanding. ​I had the Vegan Phở. The broth was so clean, flavorful, and packed with fresh veggies. It just felt super comforting and nourishing. I also grabbed a Lemongrass Tofu Banh Mi to go which made for an excellent next meal.
​The service was incredibly friendly and warm, and the space itself has such a calm, clean vibe with really cool hanging lights. Definitely a spot that deserves way more hype. I’ll absolutely be coming back for more!“

“Really good! The servers are kind but often times seem swamped. Sometimes only one person is servicing the entire restaurant. Their beef spring rolls are immaculate and their pho is aromatic w/ the noodles having a nice chew, and the sprouts are always fresh!! My personal favorite is the lemongrass chicken noodle bowl! Arguably the best pho restaurant in Boulder.“

May Wah has consistently delivered great food, lots of choice, in the neighborhood for as long as I can remember. Don't get me wrong: the atmosphere is most agreeable...(they have a round table with lazy Susan for instance) but the star of this show are the menu choices. I recommend you give them a try!“
