We ordered ahead of time with door dash for pickup and sat and ate our food was unexpectedly ready when we got there even thought it had only been a few minutes since placing the order!“

I did have a small issue On December 16th 2025 that was handled perfectly. Great service that I'd love to call out here.

I used a BOGO offer through their app and it charged me for both sandwiches rather than the BOGO being applied. Vida from Potbelly asked me what happened and told me she would refund me the money later in the day. I just got my notification about my refunded money after the software glitch. My favorite sandwich is the chicken salad and provolone and my husband loves the eggplant Parmesan! But truly, you can’t go wrong.
