“My husband and I had just discussed the times we'd come here and had mediocre service and a recent experience where where workers were being very rude to each other and unfriendly to customers. BUT today, 12-12-24 @1:30 the nicest gentleman, Robert, served us. Despite being by himself and busy, he was efficient, very friendly, and hardworking. I believe he said his accent was from Virginia. It was refreshing!“

“My best friend and I came here after a long morning up at Horsetooth Reservoir. The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. Our sandwiches were exquisitely delicious and were the cherry on top to the best day of our summer. The local-owned environment is very cozy with fun art to admire on the walls, the ingredients and food are high quality, and the prices are very affordable. We live down in Denver but would come back to FoCo just for this sandwich shop.“

“My friend and I came to La Boutique today for lunch. When we walked in the door, we were greeted by 3 smiling faces. The owner greeted us in french. sandwiches are good, bring ur own condiments or u can buy some and take it home with u. I was really impressed with all the options for different meat, cheeses and many french bakery treats, including a couple gluten free options! must try there macarons. They are perfect. If u want any of these treats, come early as when they sell out, there gone. All staff seemed to love there jobs. I was very impressed with all the french treats, goodies and had a little of everything. This deli is a must try if u are in the area! We will be back!“

“I have to say that by far this is one of the best sub shops that I have ever frequented. Before my disabilities progressed, I would dine in their store. Thankfully, they deliver! I've tried a bunch of their subs and they're all delicious but I'm more biased to the Kali Mist (Spicy Club) sub. Also, their rice Krispy treat bars are bomb especially the fruity flavored one! Always good vibes from this joint! 😀“

“Cheba Hut is right across the street from where i live and the kusic they play makes the whole neighborhood vibe positively! This time we made our own version of the Kali which ended up being a spicy sweet club sandwich that was amazing! “Honestly this might be the best sandwich I've had in Fort Collins. The house sauce was awesome and all of the ingredients were super high quality. I loved the sourdough bread and turkey meat too. The menu can feel super overwhelming at first, but the options are incredible across a ton of dietary restrictions and it means you can have a new sandwich every time you visit. The price is worth the quality too. The staff was also super nice, friendly, and helpful with the menu options. Definitely worth the visit for a quick meal when you're shopping in Council Tree!“

Our LCS members have always been HUGE fans of Sandos, Allie and her staff! Sandos is conveniently located a block away from us in downtown Loveland, and we LOVE the menu! Thank you for having the option to order party sized favorites to share. We will certainly come back for our next celebration!!!“

“Manager Kyle provides fast, excellent customer service. I walked in shortly after they'd opened and he set up a tax exempt account for me in minutes. Then he created my future delivery order! Kyle bundled food items so we paid less per meal. This way, I could tip the driver more and still stay within budget! We will be using this location again in the future, for sure!“

“I came in today and Spencer is one of the best employees I’ve ever had to deal with. I moved to Colorado about two months ago and going to the Subway is nothing like it is in Alaska. Spencer is one of the best employees he was super happy and when I told him that my sandwich was a little too raw, he made me another one and said don’t worry about it. It’s just it’s kind of crazy. You don’t find good customer service anymore but this guy he actually gave me a good customer service. I go to Subway probably three times a week and now I’m always gonna come to this location“

“We eat here on occasion. Everytime we have eaten at Jimmy's John's it has been very good. Never had a problem. If I had a complaint, it would be the tomatoes. They are sometimes ok, and other times not ok. But I get that at any sandwich shop. So I don't get tomatoes on my sandwich. That's an easy enough fix.
I have always loved Jimmy John's.“

“Wow I can't say enough about the professionalism, customer service and amazing toasted sandwiches at this Jimmy Johns. I had a not so great experience and shared the information with the manager to try and help and they responded with interest and a desire to try and correct going forward which is really all I'm interested in. If I have a bad experience that's life it happens but I try and see if there's an opportunity for a correction so possibly someone else doesn't have to experience the same. And the new toasted subs are Spot On! Quiznos back in the day was amazing and these are as good. Highly recommend toasted chicken ranch which was perfectly proportioned, hot, with loads of chicken. Well done!“

“This review is specifically about an employee on shift 7/22 around 4pm (I didn’t catch his name). Our interaction was less than 2 minutes long but it was the most positive customer service experience I’ve ever had at any Subway. My boyfriend and I were waiting for an online order that we placed and the employee was taking care of some in-house customers. He finished their transaction a few minutes later and he came right up to the table we were waiting at with a huge smile and he apologized for the wait (which wasn’t necessary we only waited for 5 min tops) he was just so nice and friendly. When we got home and opened our sandwiches, we were so amazed at how well built they were. There were no mistakes, every ingredient was on there and the ratio of everything was just perfect. This dude is practically a sandwich scientist. I never thought I’d care this much about a damn sandwich but this employee has raised my standards. Thank you Subway employee guy on west drake!“
