“My husband and I had just discussed the times we'd come here and had mediocre service and a recent experience where where workers were being very rude to each other and unfriendly to customers. BUT today, 12-12-24 @1:30 the nicest gentleman, Robert, served us. Despite being by himself and busy, he was efficient, very friendly, and hardworking. I believe he said his accent was from Virginia. It was refreshing!“

“My friend and I came to La Boutique today for lunch. When we walked in the door, we were greeted by 3 smiling faces. The owner greeted us in french. sandwiches are good, bring ur own condiments or u can buy some and take it home with u. I was really impressed with all the options for different meat, cheeses and many french bakery treats, including a couple gluten free options! must try there macarons. They are perfect. If u want any of these treats, come early as when they sell out, there gone. All staff seemed to love there jobs. I was very impressed with all the french treats, goodies and had a little of everything. This deli is a must try if u are in the area! We will be back!“

“Honestly this might be the best sandwich I've had in Fort Collins. The house sauce was awesome and all of the ingredients were super high quality. I loved the sourdough bread and turkey meat too. The menu can feel super overwhelming at first, but the options are incredible across a ton of dietary restrictions and it means you can have a new sandwich every time you visit. The price is worth the quality too. The staff was also super nice, friendly, and helpful with the menu options. Definitely worth the visit for a quick meal when you're shopping in Council Tree!“

Our LCS members have always been HUGE fans of Sandos, Allie and her staff! Sandos is conveniently located a block away from us in downtown Loveland, and we LOVE the menu! “I ordered online, 9 subs and 3 desserts. Every sandwich was different and several were customized. They made the order perfectly! And, it was ready in about 12 minutes. The sandwiches were all great. Everyone reported tastiness and enjoyment.

The best part for me was that the staff labeled each sub with a number and marked the numbers on the ticket! So, when I handed out the sandwiches, I just called out the sandwich name next to the written number! Brilliant!
The staff were also welcoming and friendly when I came in to pick up.

“Manager Kyle provides fast, excellent customer service. I walked in shortly after they'd opened and he set up a tax exempt account for me in minutes. Then he created my future delivery order! Kyle bundled food items so we paid less per meal. This way, I could tip the driver more and still stay within budget! We will be using this location again in the future, for sure!“

“I came in today and Spencer is one of the best employees I’ve ever had to deal with. I moved to Colorado about two months ago and going to the Subway is nothing like it is in Alaska. Spencer is one of the best employees he was super happy and when I told him that my sandwich was a little too raw, he made me another one and said don’t worry about it. It’s just it’s kind of crazy. You don’t find good customer service anymore but this guy he actually gave me a good customer service. I go to Subway probably three times a week and now I’m always gonna come to this location“

“Gosh - surprised this place isn't higher than 4.0!

I just moved into the apartments above Fat Shack last week. We stopped in during the move for some food and drink, and were delighted by how good the food was.

I tend to have rock-bottom expectations of mozzarella sticks these days - 99% of places serve them not fully melted, if even warm. The mozzarella sticks here are FANTASTIC - freshly made, nicely breaded, hot and MELTED!

Their fries are also fantastic.

So good that I ended up coming by for a burger and more mozzas a few days later. The burger was decent, but with everything else being so good and so many more things I want to try (and the folks working here being nice, too), I will stick with a 5/5.“

I had a not so great experience and shared the information with the manager to try and help and they responded with interest and a desire to try and correct going forward which is really all I'm interested in. If I have a bad experience that's life it happens but I try and see if there's an opportunity for a correction so possibly someone else doesn't have to experience the same. And the new toasted subs are Spot On! Quiznos back in the day was amazing and these are as good. Highly recommend toasted chicken ranch which was perfectly proportioned, hot, with loads of chicken. “We eat here on occasion. Everytime we have eaten at Jimmy's John's it has been very good. Never had a problem. If I had a complaint, it would be the tomatoes. They are sometimes ok, and other times not ok. But I get that at any sandwich shop. So I don't get tomatoes on my sandwich. That's an easy enough fix.
I have always loved Jimmy John's.“

“This review is specifically about an employee on shift 7/22 around 4pm (I didn’t catch his name). Our interaction was less than 2 minutes long but it was the most positive customer service experience I’ve ever had at any Subway. My boyfriend and I were waiting for an online order that we placed and the employee was taking care of some in-house customers. He finished their transaction a few minutes later and he came right up to the table we were waiting at with a huge smile and he apologized for the wait (which wasn’t necessary we only waited for 5 min tops) he was just so nice and friendly. When we got home and opened our sandwiches, we were so amazed at how well built they were. There were no mistakes, every ingredient was on there and the ratio of everything was just perfect.
