“The most delicious pho broth in North Metro. In the last 6+ months, my Vietnamese friend and I have been taste testing pho in various locations and Pho Saigon is by far the best. It is very fragrant, flavorful, and served very hot. The broth is clear, as it should be, and has an exceptional balance of flavors. The staff is very attentive, and refilled drinks several times without needing to ask. Hopefully we will eventually try more menu items, but we will definitely be returning for the pho. My friend is a pho aficionado and from a family of Vietnamese chefs. They've had Pho in Vietnam, homemade pho, and have tried many restaurants in and around Denver, and cannot stop raving about this broth. Delicious, and absolutely worth a try.“

“Wife has a pad Thai, felt like there wasn’t a ton if ingredients.I had the curry, which was delicious. I just didn’t care for how the take out was, it was in a styrofoam container and I had expected for like a plastic tub with a bit more curry. Didnt go inside, service was fast.“

“Hands down one of the best banh mi in Colorado! I recently visited New Saigon after coming back from Vietnam and indulging in their local cuisine. It tasted just like back in Vietnam, if not better. I come from Houston where we have a huge Asian food scene and I was genuinely impressed with the quality of New Saigon, especially having to compensate for the elevation difference and how it affects the bread rising. I find myself always craving something banh mi from New Saigon now. This is my new go-to when I’m craving authentic Vietnamese food. You cannot beat it for the quality and price! Definitely check it out as you will NOT be disappointed.“

“Edit: this was my second visit. My first is below and isc indicative of how awesome this place is. I wasn't feeling good last time and the pho hit the spot. This time I got my usual: combination rice plate. This was one of the best, if not the winner, for best Com Dac Biet in Denver. Same server as last time, I'd guess he works six days a week. He works his ass off and communicated well with other tables and people waiting on to go orders. I don't have many opportunities to be in the area when they're open but I highly recommend giving them a shot. It's small and probably family owned, it's hard to schedule for slow and suddenly get crushed by groups and to go orders but I watched them handle it with class.

Older review: I rarely get actual pho from Vietnamese restaurants. The combination rice plate is my go to. I wasn't feeling great though so pho sounded right. The spring rolls were awesome. They are careful with the sauce which is fine, better to ask for more than to throw away huge portions. The pho was awesome, I got rare steak and added shrimp. I wasn't able to finish it which is rare but I bet I will when I get home! Friendly service also“

“This place is so comforting and nice. The plants and fish being an atmosphere that just relaxes me and lets me eat comfortably. The food here is very tasty, in fact, too darn delicious. The waiters are so kind and caring, some are very pretty! I would give this place a 100/100. Would def recommend!!

“Upscale Vietnamese on Colfax. Came to celebrate a birthday. Reservations recommended.
We had eggplant, the famous brown butter egg dish, grilled pork, crudo, and jelly dessert. The pork was our favorite of the bunch, as well as the crudo. The egg dish gets a lot of attention. I thought it was fine, but believe most of the flavor there is the brown butter. It did not live up to the hype for me. All the food was yummy, but there is nothing that truly blew me away.
The service on the other hand did. Our server was amazing. So attentive, yet chill, and very good at reading her customers. She was probably the best server I have ever experienced. Very nice atmosphere and professional staff. This was stand out.
Parking in the back as well as on the street. Not too bad.“

“The staff was very accommodating for our big party. We had to move several times due to the fact that additional friends kept showing up. Food was great. Allison was a great server, very nice and accommodating, however, the AC is fully incapable of cooling their establishment. Me and my group of 8 were all sweating profusely during our meal. “We took a group of four (4), and it was our first time. All of us tried the Pho, and some of us had boba. The service was fast and kind. We went at lunch time, the rush came in after us. It seemed to be popular. It's as good as pho restaurants back home, so it was nice. I enjoyed the art inside. The chili oil was good. The utensils were reusable, which I love and appreciate.“

“Five years ago a #44 Combination noodle bowl was $11.95. Each time I go here maybe twice a year the prices keep going up. Went yesterday and now it is 16.95 with smaller portions. Food is good but not worth the price. Saigon Bowl in Thornton is less priced and very good food and portions.“

“Dropped by on a busy Sunday afternoon with my sister. She got a tiramisu cafe and added flan I ended up getting a strawberry matcha with ube cold foam and flan. Overall the place was busy parking was a little hard to find I would drop by during the week. We roughly waited about 15 minutes give or take. The drinks were delicious the only thing is the flan tasted more like instant boxed flan. Regardless it was good and for being busy we got it in a timely manner . “This used to be my go-to spot for pho especially considering there are not many places around open past 9pm. Their pho was never the best but their prices were lower than nearby competition and their hours are more convenient. This place is your typical old school pho joint and personally I love the spicy chilli crisp oil they provide.

But recently they've updated their menu and with that came additional price increases, which they had already increased steadily over the last couple of years. I was disappointed to learn that my go-to bowl with rare steak, tendon, tripe, and meatball was no longer officially on the menu without paying for additional add-ons.

During my last visit it took ages before one of the older gentleman took my order except he took my order incorrectly. The other older gentleman (the owner) corrected it and took back the bowl and brought out the correct one after another few minutes. Unfortunately I could tell that my new bowl was just reused from the previous one, which I don't have an issue with but it also made my pho noodles overcooked and too soft for my liking.

I get that they had to change prices with the times but now that their prices are aligned with nearby Viet's or Pho Hong, I'll just go to the other places instead since the prices are similar and their pho broth is much tastier.“

“Edit: this has always been my favorite Pho restaurant, but now it is my ONLY Pho restaurant. I don't know what changed (if anything) but I just had one of the top ten meals if my life. I almost ordered a second bowl but physically it would have been impossible. I still want it though.

Don't pay attention to all the bad reviews below. You will notice that they are all from years ago. This place must have changed ownership since then. I started eating here a year ago and never a bad experience. Great broth, beef tendon is thick-cut, not the tiny pieces you get at most places. Very friendly service as well.“
