“5-stars for Kelli! We come to this location about once a month and never have any issues. We had an order this past weekend that missed an item that we had requested for substitution... Not a huge deal and I am not the person to complain for something so small.... Kelli took the time to personally email us about our experience, and when I mentioned the tiny error with our order, she went above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Will surely come back to this location for that alone. (For reference we live between here and belmar locations, so this definitely makes a difference for which direction we choose in the future)“

Went through the whole process ordering- naturally excited and the gift card isn’t working. We called and made sure there is enough on the gift card and turns out they have trouble with these gift cards often. Luckily Ben was kind and let us have the ice cream. “The ice cream flavors were great as usual. Although something weird did happen. When my wife gave me what I ordered, she thought that the person who took her order misunderstood and gave her a bigger size in one of the cups. But we realized that it was the small cup inside the next size, so we were charged more than what we actually received. I went back inside to complain and the guy (not the same from before) refunded me more than $10; he gave me more than what we paid extra, which also felt weird.“
