“5-stars for Kelli! We come to this location about once a month and never have any issues. We had an order this past weekend that missed an item that we had requested for substitution... Not a huge deal and I am not the person to complain for something so small.... Kelli took the time to personally email us about our experience, and when I mentioned the tiny error with our order, she went above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Will surely come back to this location for that alone. (For reference we live between here and belmar locations, so this definitely makes a difference for which direction we choose in the future)“

Ever since I found this cold stone I occasionally pop in on my way home from work and after the third time there she remembered me and my order (is it bad to be a regular at cold stone? I tell myself it could be worse) She is so attentive to the customers and always has a welcoming smile on her face even when she’s running around helping people or replacing the ice creams. 11/10 hire, she’s truly the best!!! It's a nice date-night treat for my husband and I once the kids go to bed every few months and I love that they're so close that we can indulge a few times a year. Great service, clean inside, easy to order online and then pick-up.“
