Great location and staff!
I was charged for pastrami and didn't order it!!
Place was clean. Meatball sub was great. I really enjoy the Cajun fries and sauce. First cup of tea was fine. Second refill was off, thinking it was at the bottom of the tea bag. Had a great conversation with a business owner while there. I will be back as I always have.

Firehouse Subs East Pointe Plaza offers great food and a clean place. The Meatball sub was great, and the Cajun fries and sauce are enjoyable. Five different sandwiches were all prepared perfectly to order. The sandwiches were so full of meat, there was plenty leftover for another meal. The fries are like red Robin steak fries and delicious. The staff is wonderful, kind, friendly, and welcoming. One visit had a small issue with a sandwich that accidentally had mustard, but the staff was absolutely great about it. They remade the sandwich exactly how it was wanted and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. They truly went above and beyond and made lunchtime such a positive experience. The young man who prepared the food was especially cordial and kind. Sometimes the staff can be a bit standoffish, not rude, but to the point. Orders are always right and they get the job done. One visit had a disappointing initial service, but the manager called and was very kind, addressing the issue personally. They followed up the next day after feedback was shared, which was really appreciated. This is a great location with lots of new spots popping up nearby.
