“I tried Mini salad bowl from value menue the other day. They added one fine scoop of beans to a chip bowl. Then filled any remaining void with shredded lettuce(yes a lot of extra lettuce). Topped with meat,cheese,& tomatos but just the tiniest scoop....just enough to fill my plastic spoon onc time😁
I don't mind the food but it does seem like our Pershing Dr. Taco Bell is struggling a bit. I've stopped in during on my lunch and the parking lot was completely empty to the point that I thought they had shut down. With that said, it seems most customers are at night since they are open till 3am I guess.

“The food was delicious. From the guacamole to the Mole. The guacamole was creamy not salty. The mole had a nice little kick to it. However you can choose your spice level. The rice and beans were delicious. The beans are by far one of the better Mexican refried beans we have eaten. We have been to most of the Mexican restaurants in the area from Stratford to New Haven. The Agua de horchata according to my daughter is one of the best she ever had. We will be back again.“

“My friends and I go frequently. They have the best Margherita and their Tijuana Swamp Soup is fabulous. I also like their rice bowl with shrimp or the nachos. I don't think I've ever been disappointed.

“The food was phenomenal, so good that we had to bring our whole family here twice the same week. I had the Chorizo, and Asada burritos which were decently sized, they come with guacamole. The atmosphere was perfect with the tables and chairs being hand painted (I think). Service is another 10/10, they gave us free churros both times, and gave us chips and refried beans as a type of “unlimited side”. They were so kind wishing us happy mother’s days. Overall experience was a 10/10 and I will definitely recommend my other family members here.“

“I was next door at the nail salon; and decided to give this place a try. I did not see any vegetarian or seafood options on the menu, so walked over and asked if they could make an enchilada platter with all veggies no meat. At first, the girls at the counter were not sure because they needed to check with the cook. After a bit of back/and forth they accommodated my request. As I was placing my order, the girl asked if I wanted it with salsa verde or roja, and she let me taste both sauces. I went with the salsa verde, top notch fresh tasting. I was a bit skeptical how the food was going to taste because of the confusion when placing the order, but let me tell you the enchilada with the salsa verde rice and beans was DELICIOUS. Served with a side of lettuce, avocado and lime and she offered sour cream and hot sauce and I got both. Hot sauce was also very good! The enchilada, to my surprise had all the veggies, filled with zucchini, cauliflower, mushrooms, onions and ofc peppers. I was hugely impressed and price point at $20, I would say is average for a dinner platter these days, but for a vegetarian dish with no meat I think was a bit on the pricier end. I would have given 5 stars but because of the confusion in trying to place the order and no vegetarian or seafood options listed on their menu giving it a 4 star. Still, I will definitely be going back and hopefully they will expand their menu to add vegetarian options or at least shrimp tacos to their menu would be great!“

“Going home one evening and couldn't figure out what I wanted to eat and saw this this place tucked away next to Burger King and decided to try it!
Very good decision! I can't remember what it's called but it included chicken. Steak, and shrimp with bell peppers and onions, rice, beans, tortilla, and I asked for avocado on the side. It also came with a green pureed salsa sauce.

I loved the murals painted on the booths and the food was soooo good, that I even ordered take out on top of dining in. “This was my first time eating Bubbakoos. We had the Birria crunch wrap and Birria quesadillas and I was extremely impressed with the flavor. Not too many places get it right and they were 8/10. Also had BYO hard tacos which I asked for everything on the side for my autistic son. He loved them and the portions were very generous!
