“if you live near UCONN, then you need to check out gansett wraps on storrs roadthe owner khal is originally from lebanon and when he moved to the states, he knew he wanted to share his love for food with the community around himhe originally opened his first wrap shop in narragansett rhode island and now gansett wraps is in a few towns across connecticut and rhode islandfirst timers have to try the gyro falafelits a beef gyro, with housemade falafel, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and tzatziki sauce. the sauce is so savory and falafel which is a blend of chickpeas and spices added so much flavorother wraps can be stuffed with chicken, bacon, veggies and even french frieshome to where the husky womens basketball team gets their lunch, gansett wraps has to be added to your connecticut foodie bucket list❤️“

“Not sure who exactly made my pizza but it said Tony, but whoever it was saw the vision for sure!! I wanted a chicken parm pizza and got the perfect one. The cheesy bread was also incredible!!! Thank you so much, I know it can be hard sometimes to work at a busy store especially near a college campus, you guys are doing great.“

Parking: It's like a plaza. So they Share parking's. I always get parking and there is Spaces left over.
Kid-friendliness: Yes they will definitely get your kids Smiling with there Choices.
Wheelchair accessibility: No wheelchair due to the Steps and where it's located.“

“They have a new crew working now and they are by far the friendliest, and most attentive group of staff that's ever been here. The pizzas are great, and they have great vegan pizza too!
The atmosphere is loud. That's literally the only downside.“

“I can not speak for their other locations, but the Storrs location is great! All the staff, from the bartenders (shout to Zeke and Ethan!) to the servers to the kitchen chefs, are all great people that bring amazing energy. The food, in my humble opinion, is delicious. And the gelato is some of the best I've ever had (I grew up 30 minutes from Philly, so I know good gelato when I taste it). I won't say the "bad" reviews have no merit, but my personal experience, after coming here for a little over a year, had been nothing if not great. If you're in the area as a student, visiting family, etc., do yourself a favor and check it out. Square Peg Storrs is one of THE BEST spots for food, drinks, and fun in the area.“

“I just moved to the area and being from New York I'm a bit particular about pizza. I tried 5 different places and Illiano's is far superior to the others! Plus I ordered a greek salad with grilled chicken and it was excellent! They are my go to restaurant.“

“Me and my husband got married on Lake Chaffee Sept 14, 2024. The owners of the lake house suggested we use Midway Pizza for a fun wedding food idea!
Midway was FANTASTIC!! Not only was the pizza and salad great they were so accommodating delivering it to us. The price was right and everyone enjoyed their pizza!!!
