“Best Japanese food I've had in many years. The wonton soup and the seasame chicken are my favorites. I've been going here for all my life from when I was still a baby to now. The only complaint I have is the inconsistent schedule; however the food and service are great.“
“My absolute favorite place to get Chinese food, hands down! All of the ingredients are always SO FRESH and flavorful, and the portion sizes are huge! They also have the best crab rangoon Ive ever eaten!!! Whether I'm dining in or getting take out, my meals are always 100% AMAZING!“
“This is EXACTLY what you want from a sushi restaurant. Firstly, and most importantly, the fish and the sushi is as good as it gets. The friendly chef and wait staff put time and great care into their food and their restaurant and it shows. Sake selection is great, food is stellar, staff is friendly, restaurant is very clean. My new favorite restaurant in the area and one of the best sushi experiences I've ever had.“
“I love this place~the Korean food is superb and the owners are very kind. The fish is super fresh (had salmon sashimi), and the side of kimchi that came with my soon dubu was so good I had to order a side to go. You can tell that the owners really care about the quality of their food. Oh-and I missed the drinks you can grab when you walk in. They do provide hot tea when you sit down. The place itself is really clean and has a calm vibe. Even my spoon came with its own little spoon bonnet ::sigh::Regarding the service; if you need something just ask; they are not going to be constantly coming to your table to check up on you; just relax and enjoy the food. Highly recommend and I plan on visiting often.Vegetarian options: Most dishes you can opt to have just vegetarian; no meat“
“For a small place it is a great place to have sushi. Friendly staff and excellent sushi. Well presented and tasted delicious. We will be back.Parking: You have to park next door. There is hardly any spots in their lot which is only about 3 spots. Not a big deal. The lot next door has plenty.“
“Stopped in for some vegetable fried rice, young lady was very polite in the place was clean.. I seem to be the first order of the day and it took about 10 minutes. Rice and veggies were delicious and well cooked, will return the next time in the area to sample something else!“
“We were here for half price sushi night (every Monday& Tuesday). They are slammed busy in a small dining room but the food comes out lightning fast. The fish portions are noticably smaller and more cucumber and other fillings in the rolls is noticable. But this does not detract from the quality or flavor of the sushi. Overall the service and value is great!“
“The food was good but we were disappointed that we couldn't order the lunch specials even though we were there during the described lunch specials hours and days. The food came out quickly and was very fresh. The atmosphere was a little dull but it could have just been a slow day.“
“Forgot about this place and recently rediscovered it! I really enjoyed my meal of cashew chicken with white rice. The sauce had a perfect savory and tangy sticky sauce mixed in with the chicken and cashew. I'm not a huge fan of celery but I honestly just picked around it and there was still a lot to eat. I also ordered a sweet potato roll which for a standard 6 roll I thought the pieces were large! My friend enjoyed the chicken pad Thai. The taste was not similar to ones I've had before. We couldn't pinpoint the exact seasoning but we both enjoyed it. Also the waitress was sweet and kind and the place was spotless and spacious. Will be back to try hibachi!“
“We have enjoyed the restaurant twice in the past month and each time the appetizers and the entrees were very good. Service couldn't be better very fast and the food comes out hot. We have not tried the hibachi Yet but are looking forward to trying it. Parking is adequate even on a Saturday night“
“This is my favorite sushi place in Newtown. I haven't had the chance to experience the hibachi, but the sushi is SO GOOD! I never leave disappointed. The lo mein is also the best. I love the noodles they use. It's always pretty dead in here when I go, but that's probably because the times I've gone were before dinner.“
“Food and service fantastic. Beautiful and intimate setting. Closed Mon and Tues, call for a reservation. Tan Tan nachos, pork belly fried rice, Spicy miso pork belly ramen, and Chicken Katsu were all 10 out of 10. Food came out fast and hot, perfect. It should be said as a reminder that in beginning of the pandemic when everything was shut down and people were struggling to have enough to eat, this owner fed people for free for a long time.“
