“I was surprised when we got there, looks like a super typical town-y pizza place tucked in a somewhat dingy plaza. The inside is bright, clean, and not at all what I expected. The service was friendly and very fast. There was a steady stream of patrons but staff kept up well, all seemed to be having a good time. The meatballs in vodka sauce were delicious. Fettuccini Carbonara was flavorful and well balanced. I personally would have had more sauce, but I will just request that for next time. Ravioli are huge and generously stuffed. Highly recommended for a high quality Italian experience in an unassuming location.“

“Always welcoming and quick even for being constantly busy from the Uconn crowd. Known for a variety of specialty pizzas, grinders, and beers on tap - but plenty of regular dinner meals, salads, and apps to choose from with my favorites being the hot nacho dip with mini pierogies and garlic bread with cheese.....“

“My experience here was fantastic. Very friendly and professional. The tables are well kept and cleaned, including the balls every night. The food was great, pretty basic menu. The service was great and I have nothing but kudos to ladies that wait on us. There is league nights, so call for public availability first, I strongly suggest. This establishment is well kept, I strongly recommend to family and friends, also to the public.“

“Love these dive kind of bars. We were welcome to warmly when we walked in. Everybody there is so friendly. Food was reasonably priced and pretty darn good. Looking forward to listening to Arizona maid band when they play this October. I definitely would recommend as a great neighborhood bar and good“

“This was my first time here… I absolutely loved the burger… we had ordered hangover burger and it is one of best burger you can around this part of CT. I shared the burger, so they had cut in 2 and put it 2 different plates .. that was so good … usually I have requested to cut the burger in half.. many restaurants have denied it outrightly. Chicken wings are really good and worth every penny.. I was disappointed with the French onion soup though.. it was something I didn’t like at all.. order the tarter tots instead of fries.. looks they tots are popular there .. and fries aren’t great like burger..“

“Ok so I wasn't sure about this place but dang! The wings were ON point! Super crispy and flavorful - we got the teriyaki and lemon pepper dry rub. That Lemmon pepper was awesome with great flavor. Service was friendly and attentive. The inside is nice and looks recently Renovated. We found the prices to be very fair. He had a burger and I had a steak salad which was huge with a lot of tasty steak and huge chunks of blue cheese. We will return.“

“Hilltop Restaurant is in a quaint little community at the top of the hill. The service was top-notch. The views are good. I enjoyed the live music while dining. The Mediterranean shrimp pasta was excellent. The angel hair pasta was prepared perfectly, too. To top it off, I had a perfect handcrafted Passionfruit Sangria drink. It was light and refreshing with an added kick.“
“Be prepared to be blown away... if I had to choose between my first child and dining at this fine establishment again I would choose the latter. I had a delicious meal which consisted of like 6 yuenlings and a shot of jack. There was approximately 3 lights on and it made it extremely difficult to see which is great. If you like cigarettes you're in luck because it's all I can smell. Definitely will be back.“

“I used to work here like 15 years ago. The quality of the food was fantastic. I see a lot of rude comments people say about Robert and his wife they where so nice to me when I worked there, people have to understand it's a small family business and they have been working hard to give manchester ct good food, so take it easy people.“

“So it's a bit of a throwback to roadside bars of the 80sSimple sparse seating. Large ish u shaped bar to one side. Several TVs but most of the space is dedicated to a dance floor for live music. The service was ok,the food was above average well made but uninspired. A basic quick bite or stop for a drink that is well priced but simple.“
