“We visited for the first time yesterday and the service and food was fantastic! As old Saybrook residents we think this is a fantastic business to bring to the town. There was a fantastic selection of drinks and we can’t wait to come back again soon!“
“It’s delicious!! Great spot to check out live music and the beer is and location is terrific!“
“Love everything about them. Every beer is always phenomenal. The owners and staff are all amazing people who are a joy to be around. This is hands down our favorite craft brewery in all of CT. Last but certainly not least, they’ve put in hard work to transform this space from its legacy days of an old (essentially abandoned) factory into the work of art it is today. Step inside from the surrounding neighborhood and your mind will be blown - especially when you see the beautiful upstairs lounge!“
“The Twelve Percent Beer Project in North Haven, Connecticut, has garnered positive reviews for its unique approach to the brewing industry. Originally an import business focused on European beers, it has evolved into a collective and incubator for small American craft breweries. This shift allows partner breweries to scale production, improve distribution, and maintain quality control by brewing locally rather than overseas
Visitors to the brewery appreciate its spacious and clean environment, which is conducive to both socializing and relaxing with a drink. The venue offers a variety of seating options, including comfy couches and outdoor areas, making it a versatile space for different occasions. The brewery also features a café that serves high-quality coffee and pastries
The Twelve Percent Beer Project is noted for its collaborative spirit, partnering with innovative breweries like Stillwater Artisanal, Evil Twin, and Fat Orange Cat to bring diverse and creative beers to market. This collective model allows for the production of a wide range of beers under one roof, making it a hub for craft beer enthusiasts who enjoy exploring new and unique flavors
?Twelve Percent Beer Project stands out for its innovative business model, quality products, and welcoming atmosphere, making it a notable destination in Connecticut's craft beer scene.“
“I had Sour Diesel at a bar in Glastonbury and it was so good that I drove to New Haven to go to the brewery! The facility (The Beeracks) was a great place to sit and have some tasters! The atomosphere people, and building were great!!!“
“Super event space, awesome staffers.“
“Amazing Sours, Great Beers, Friendly Bartenders“
“The brunchy colada is AMAZING. The bartender tonight recommended it to us, he had just ordered it. I only got 1 can to take home, I'm not a huge beer fan (we like ciders more) and I like radlers, and this is both of those combined in a sour, with juice. It's like a summer brunch in a can. Now i need to find where it's sold....“
“Beautiful place excellents beers. Great staff“
“Never been to the brewery but if it is as good as the beer I just randomly bought from them, I can only assume it is amazing. Not sure how long they've been around but the beer has the taste of decades of experience. Keep up the good work and send more stuff to Michigan“
“Feels like you’re hanging out at your best friend’s house.“

“I live in Branford and I've been going to Caius since they opened. These guys kill it every time I'm there. They have a great selection and are delegent about keeping a fresh rotation of new beers. Yes, they are a little more expensive than other brewers, but they are well worth the extra cost. Every barkeep I've dealt with knows the beers well and does a great job on correctly serving the right pours for their respective beer. If you're a beer lover, I would highly recommend this brewery.“
