“Went here for my birthday dinner with my family and we had a wonderful meal/time. The portions are HUGE. Your table gets free pasta with dinner and it's a really big bowl! The service was good, the only reason it got 4 stars instead of 5 is because we had to often find our waitress, she didn't check on us and I would say it's because it's a busy place but it's so small that it isn't hard to check on your tables. She was nice and the service was good just wish she would have checked on us a little more. Lastly the atmosphere is great, it's a nice small little restaurant, I expected it to be bigger but not an issue. If you have a party of 5 or more make sure to make a reservation so you can guarantee a table. Anyway food 5/5 service 4/5 atmosphere 5/5 ... We will def be eating here again...”

“Excellent!! Crab cake appetizer was the "best I've ever had" according to my son. There were four of us and all were very pleased. I've been twice and looking forward to going back. This restaurant is definitely the place to go when you want to take your time between courses and enjoy the food and people you are with. I like the 20% service charge(tip) added to bill. Keeps paying thoughtless as service is excellent. 5 stars on everything!”

“This place is more for take out, but they gave a few tables inside and some picnic tables outside. The service was great took our order and the pizza was ready in no time at all. Their NY style pizza was authentic I was able to fokd their slices in half and the cheese to topping ratio was perfect. The staff was very friendly as well. We onky had pizza this time, but plan to go back and try other items on the menu. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends.”

“We found another one of the Greats today! Grand Apizza started off in the 1950’s and was in New Haven for 50 years! Then the dad, Fred Nuzzo sold the building and moved to Clinton. The same pizza and they opened 3 restaurants, Clinton, Guilford and Madison. The dad went to Clinton and so did we. Let me just say… the pizza is so good! The sauce is top 5. Endless crispy crust perfectly made… and tasty saucy sauce. The garden pie was also quite special with just the right amount of tangy balsamic vinegar! I was super happy to meet Fred’s son, Mike. You can tell he is very humble and proud of their amazing piece of pizza history. Legendary pizza today. 9.7 solid score for the cheese. The tomato pie was a 10. Perfect 10. It’s something that can only be experienced verses spoken about. The garden veggie was an 8.3. “We have been enjoying Chow for years and everything we have ever had from them has been delicious but yesterday… Father’s Day, they went above and beyond! They were packed and after waiting for a while for my take out order (understandable for a busy night) they confessed and profusely apologized because in the rush of the busy evening one of my pizzas had been dropped. Without missing a beat they promised my pizzas would be remade and delivered to my house…. Half hour away!!! That is stellar customer service!!! So, amazing food AND wonderful customer service, what more could anyone want?!”

“Probably the best Subway I’ve ever visited is the one in Clinton, Connecticut. The owner, John, is a genuinely kind and thoughtful man who clearly takes great pride in his business. The restaurant is spotless, the service is fair and friendly, and every meal feels freshly made with care. It’s a noticeable step above other Subways — you can really tell that John puts his heart into making it a great experience for everyone who walks through the door. “The best DD on i95 exit 63 in Connecticut near the Clinton Factory Outlets. The employees are very friendly and professional too. Always smiling. Bathroom very clean. Eat-in is favorable. Ample and super clean parking lots. Next door is ColdStone icecream... yummy. If you need emergency repairs on your phone, there is AT&T. The employees are superb. You could fix vacuum cleaners at Orec. If you are traveling with pets.. YES.. Petco is here too.. the employees know what they are doing.. and next door is Mattress Firm.. been there many times.. made me sleepy.
