“We ordered a few catering trays from Cafe Laurel for a family luncheon during a short stay in Killingworth. All we can say is WOW!!! From the friendly service during the entire process to the delicious food - absolutely everything was perfect! Hard to pick just one item to rave about as everything we ordered was top notch - from the salad to the lasagna, from the meatballs to the chicken parm. If you are ever in the area this place is a must for your food needs!!“

“I don't go to very many restaurants except for Kimberly's and occasionally another one or two. I'm a regular customer. The food is excellent (The quesadillas are superb!), the help is pleasant, and atmosphere is nice. Kimberly's menu is so large that anyone should be pleased.“

Little did we know when stopping by this morning, we had done ourselves the greatest disservice by going anywhere else besides here😭 the food is soooo good like when your parents make you breakfast and you’re super hungry on a weekend morning. “We had an amazing wedding shower today at Sans Souci! From the beginning of the planning process through the event today, the staff has been phenomenal. The owner was great to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed to make our event successful. The food was delicious and the service was attentive. Our guests really enjoyed the mimosa bar. Our plated meals were served hot and tasted delicious. If you’re looking for a space to host a private event, I can’t recommend Sans Souci highly enough. We’ve eaten here many times and can’t wait to return!“

“Cannot thank the staff, especially Debbie, Cheryl, and Christine for their amazing efforts in coordinating a dinner at Gaetano's following a funeral for our treasured family member. We could not have been more pleased with the accommodations, the food, and especially the service. We received many positive compliments from our family and friends. We could not have picked a better spot to gather. We are so grateful for the comfortable, supportive and positive experience we had during such a difficult time we were all going through.“

“Great place. I’ll have to make it a point to work it into the calendar more. Beer was excellent. 24 different beers on tap I believe. Burger was great - big and delicious and my wife enjoyed her wrap. Bonus points for the King Diamond and Rob Halford photos on the wall. I didn’t get to check out all the prints. Cool spot. We’ll be back.“
“Stopped by 1851 and had a fantastic time. The staff was super friendly, welcoming, and attentive right from the start.
The drinks were delicious and well-crafted, making it an easy spot to hang out and unwind. While we didn’t order any food this visit, everything coming out of the kitchen looked and smelled incredible—we'll definitely be back to try a few dishes next time.
The outdoor cornhole was such a great touch and added a fun, lively energy to the whole place. Perfect spot for great drinks, good company, and a relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend!“

“Came in last minute this past Saturday with a party of 9 (4 adults and 5 children under 11) as grandson had a baseball game nearby. Was my first time. Food choices were very good and kids menu also had lots of offerings and their meals also included ice cream. I can’t say enough about our waiter, Matt. He was just the perfect server for our party, as he had children himself and totally understood how challenging it could be eating out with kids. He put the kids orders in right away. He knew just want to stop by and check on us. He is an asset to your restaurant and you’re very lucky to have him. We will definitely be back. Was a very positive experience.“

“My son and I went today for lunch. I have been wanting a pistachio martini since I saw it made from the happy bartender with the huge smile. I didn’t get her name but see her on the Christos fb videos. Did not disappoint was delicious. She is a great bartender and a wonderful waitress l. We sat in the bar area and it was enjoyable as it wasn’t loud and the table gave us plenty of room for our meal. Brussels Sprouts were delicious as always I had a Cajun wrap and my son had a huge salad loaded with chicken and avocado 🥑 I remember Christos when it was in the plaza and the food never disappoints. I also enjoy the daily family specials text to me. If you haven’t signed up to get the daily specials text to you do it. So many great meals to pick up and bring home. There’s two different specials. Every day lunch and dinner. Give Christos a try if you haven’t been you won’t be disappointed. I live in West Haven but my son is lucky enough to live in North Haven and pick up from Christos on his way home from Westport.“

“This is a wondrous food experience! I needed a couple of hearty meals during a busy home project week. Ordering Bourbon Sirloin Tips and Grilled Salmon turned into fabulous combo meals, at least 2 1/2 days beyond the first dinner!“
