“I was at Jersey Mike's for the "Day of Giving" when all proceeds of sales go to the local charities, currently the "Make A Wish Foundation." I placed a phone order for pick-up. When I arrived, there was a dedicated employee at the online/phone order pickup, and it was very organized. Great job by the management on such a busy day!!!!“

“The highlight of my doctor's visits! I wish I knew to stop by sooner. My OBGYN and my daughter's Clinical Feeding is in the building. I always make sure to visit on my way out. The Firebird is my go to! I love the sauce on it. Always made fresh. Delicious! I always make sure to check out the baked goods! There's almost always something special and different to try! The service is great! They are very friendly and personable. Food is consistently tasty. They really get to know their regulars- and there are a lot of them! “The breakfast sandwich was absolutely delicious, bacon egg & cheese on croissant but my ultimate absolute FAVORITE is the chicken cutlet sandwich... I've been addicted to them but I've been dying to try the specialty sandwiches too. It's hard when this simple sandwich is just so mouth watering in itself!! I always try chicken cutlet sandwiches wherever I go & I happened to stumble upon The Cove one day & I'm so happy that I did, I will go out of my way just to hit this spot!!! “Simple idea done well. First time at a Hot Table. The menu does not prepare you for how great an overstuffed panini is. I came with a friend who got the the BBQ pork and I enjoyed the Cheeseburger. The latter sandwich isn't a burger at all it's shredded beef. This sandwich is really a Philly cheese steak elevated. It has the missing vegetables in toppings that make you feel like your choice if you're just a little bit more balanced than just a Philly. But of course for those who are purest they do offer a Philly cheese steak.The Panini's also come in sizes: small, medium, large, I found a medium a little bigger than what I could eat in a setting so I think the large would be for some smaller eaters, an easy 2 meal purchase. I got a salad to go and their salads are an amazing value. Nothing to complain about the food are the pleasant and efficient customer service from the staff. Since this location is at the mall my only complaint is the usual one, where are you going to..... ParkI recommend that it's as close as possible since you're gone before when you leave!Vegetarian options: One can request vegetarian or gluten-free“
“This location is great depending on which crew is there. The sandwiches are perfect and the crew is understanding of orders but you have to watch because they pump through so many orders you might end up with the wrong one. Highly recommend this location over others.“

“I just want to share my experience… I’m a store manager at a store in Rockyhill…… I had a horrible car accident last year which left my leg mangled and I’m now, after four surgeries within a year, now need a total knee replacement , yes I am back at work but being on my feet for 8 plus hours is painful and I swell really bad ….. so today after a nine plus hour shift I was swollen, in pain and just over my day….. I pulled up to the curb to your store so I didn’t have to stand to cook dinner and your employees as soon as I walked in noticed what I was going through. They told me to sit (which I brushed of and did not ) but just the fact they noticed I was going through something made me think…… they appreciated me being there and I wasn’t a burden to another order they had to do…… both of the associates we amazing compassionate and quite frankly down right amazing !!!!! If you need any more info you can reach me at Goodwill at 80 town line rd in Rockyhill . Your associates, blew me, a store manager out of the water with how friendly and welcoming they were. “Solid Subs restaurant! We had the cheesesteak and it had great flavor and the bread was soft and was definitely fresh! Only thing I would change is the Mayo they use but that’s just personal preference. The restaurant is so cute gives off diner vibes.“
“This subway is special. They work fast and have a great system for taking care of multiple customers at once. the employees also have great senses of humor. There is a drive through subway only a couple miles away that is more convenient, but I never hesitate to choose this location because I know they are more accurate and personable.“
“i've been to Hot Table a few times and it's always been a great experience. the staff is kind and the panini's are AMAZING!!! I love the Glastonbury location, it's in a plaza so parking isn't an issue and it's super clean. the prices may be a little on the higher side but honestly, I think it's worth it given the sizes of their Panini's, and the way they BURST with flavor!! the pesto chicken is my personal favorite and i don't think you can go wrong with ordering it! i absolutely recommend!“

“Not sure what the employees name was but it's Thursday June 2nd almost 7pm. Just wanted to say he was super polite and took the time to make the sandwiches nice. And it tasted great (I had a pizza sub with bacon ?). Ppl always take the time to complain but we rarely do the same when we get good service. I just wanted to let the management know that I got really good service and this employee did a really good job. The subway near my house in Rocky Hill is beyond awful. So bad I vowed I would never go back. This one is on my way home so looks like this is my new subway.“
“The store was clean, everything was fresh and the staff was very courteous. When checking out they wouldn't honor a coupon because we didn't order one of the 'allowed' sandwiches (listed on a small sign at the cash register, clearly created by the manager) - there were no restrictions on the coupon.“
