“Every year our family rents a house on the beach and we travel towards the Niantic area to eat. The one place we consistently visit is East Coast Taco for a quick bite.

The pork belly tacos and fish tacos are absolutely fantastic. Try them!“

“Stopped in only because I got hungry and was tired of driving so this place was near the highway exit. However the service was surprisingly good for what I expected. Burgers were hot and cooked well, same for the fries. It almost did not seem like a fast food restaurant, and the employees are very courteous.“

“Don’t read the bad reviews, this establishment is your basic fast food restaurant. I went inside just to look so I could leave a review. It was clean, fast, ordering was a breeze, the bathrooms were not gross. Idk if it was the manager but she seemed pretty cool as managers go and wasn’t stingy with sauces. It’s a Burger King, if you want glitz and glamour go to the Casino to Chris Ruth’s or whatever. Fast food is fast food, it’s never going to look perfect.“

“I had my first Diary Queen ice cream at the Niantic branch, the heath cup-achino - it had caramel, a chocolate fudge and whippy ice cream. (I can’t remember the exact name. I will definitely have it again and take a photo next time!) It was a sundae. Huge portions. I shared mine with my other half. There was a long queue as everyone was there after the Memorial Parade. I didn’t mind waiting. There’s lots of car parking space outside. It was a take away. The only thing I was sad about was there was no coffee ice cream on the menu. I get that this place is for children, the menu was huge. You don’t want children bouncing off the walls, but adults love ice cream too.“

“Wendy’s will always have a soft spot in my heart. Their food is consistently made, marginal at best. You get fries in Southington, CT and Niantic, CT they taste exactly the same. Unfortunately, their frosty machine is constantly broken. I highly recommend the management of this establishment invest in better machinery to allow for us frosty and fry junkies to take care of our fix. Also, if someone asks for no cheese on a burger and it’s listed as such on your computer before checkout, be sure to have your staff look at it before putting said order in it’s fine paper package. Sadly,
Fast food pricing has increased so much, it’s hard not to patron an actual sit down restaurant as the prices are basically the same. $35 for a takeout fast food meal seems steep.“

“Excellent food for the price, it was cheap but it was delicious. The daily specials are always something delicious and the customer service is always on point. One thing I personally like is the "secret menu" that they are developing. The staff members are always friendly and my food did not take long to be prepared from when it was ordered.“
