You can find him not only at the front counter but in the kitchen as well when needed whipping up pizzas, grinders, gyros and more. I highly recommend the bbq chicken pizza!“

“My wife and I just moved to Norwich and were on the hunt for a regular pizza place, and I think we found it in Asylum Street Pizza. We ordered online for delivery, so the rating for atmosphere is mostly just reiteration for service. The shop was out of a dessert option and called immediately to offer a replacement. Both the worker on the phone and their delivery driver were extremely kind and polite. Delivery was quick, and the food was delicious.“

“I got the Fish and Chips last night 09/03/2024. Everything was cooked perfectly and the portions were quite big. I usually don’t get to have seafood because I moved down south near Asheville, NC but this place made one of my favorite meals (that I don’t get to have too often anymore) perfectly even the fries were cooked perfectly. “I came in with my daughter today really just dying for a slice, we live in Niantic and were in the neighborhood and stopped by. This felt like home (originally born and raised in NY) the vibe of the people the atmosphere he knew almost everyone’s name walking in and genuinely seemed to have cared to give such good attention and service. “Black point pizza is always my go to when I want an absolutely amazing pizza. for me I have the cooks keep it in the oven a bit longer so it stands up when you pick it up to eat. the sauce is to die for also. if you like your pizza a little more firm just ask and the cooks are happy to make your food exactly as you like. minor the owner is a stand up guy and really did good with this recipe. the salads and his homemade balsamic dressing is the best I've had from anywhere. if you have not come out to black point you are really missing out. “I have ordered delivery from Boardwalk many, many times. I have always placed my order quickly and had friendly service. Not today! I ordered 2 dinners with appetizers and spoke with someone who seemed new. They wouldn't make one of the dinners I ordered, so I chose something else. When asked if I was paying cash or card, I said card. After some discussion with his " boss", I was told I couldn't use a credit card, cash. What?? Always use my card. Something very shady going on over there. Never again“

“My first time here. Walked in and was greeted by several friendly ppl. Ordered a grilled cheese with tomatoes and fries (extra crispy pls). Took my order home and proceeded to eat it. “Justin and crew catered my son's wedding recently. He and his crew were wonderful to work with. They did an amazing job from the apps to the meal and desserts that were amazing! His love for people, good food and parties are his strong point/trait. Customer Service at its best! He made sure everyone had the best experience! Every dish was awesome and he WOW'd everyone at the wedding! We were so happy with La Stella Catering that we will be back there again with parties that we have and visiting his restaurant as much as possible. He deserves the highest ranking!“

Last night they catered for our gender reveal party and we had assorted pizzas, a 3 foot long steak and cheese grinder, garlic knots and focaccia bread.
