“Food is great with great price. This Chipotle has to be the most hood rachette ghetto and disorganized location... totally unkept to its high standards being in glastonbury all the way thru to the music they play ghetto rap music...where is upper management?..Sad part about it that it's a money machine store where obviously it's 6 figure demographics customers keeps it off the radar to get visits from upper management...if it was properly operarated am sure it would generate more revenue with repeat customers...this store needs some serious TLC.“

“Food was amazing and service was wonderful! Have driven by countless times and so glad we went in. Tucked in on a little side street- no glitz- no glam- and those are typically the best places. Try this place.“

“After two or three great dinners at Sayulita, we had a bad one. Tonight we waited for about an hour and ten minutes, no problem. Finally we were seated at a nice table, near where we had been multiple times before. Our server was slow to arrive but eventually when she did, we eagerly ordered appetizers and our entrees, with our drinks, all at once. Soon after, we received our dinks, then the appetizers. Everything was great, then after perhaps a minute, our dinner entrees arrived! Boy was that quick, way too quick!! We tried to roll with it but we quickly all focused our attention to our entrees. Our appetizers were seemingly worthless. They were taking up room so we called our server and asked for containers. For some reason our server seemed happy to bring them? We loaded our food into the containers. Shortly after loading was complete, the server came and she asked if we wanted more.containers (maybe for our entrees). Wow, nope we’re good. Surprised they didn’t offer to transfer the food into the containers somewhere else, but we got it done. This saved room on the table. We continued to eat our food, tacos, chicken on salad etc. A couple minutes after we finished our server asked us if we needed more ‘to go’ boxes. It went down hill more from there. The server seemed like she was trying to usher us out of the restaurant. Rather than complain, we rolled with it. Our server was unapologetic about anything. We waited over an hour to sit for our meal and twenty minutes later we were back in our car heading home, out two hundred dollars. It’s funny, when the service and experience are bad, the food doesn’t taste good..“
