“I'm so glad my boyfriend made me go here. I thought it would be just like any walk in restaurant with mediocre food but I was so wrong! I’m an extremely picky eater and absolutely loved everything we got. This is also the first place I’ve been in a long time that actually had good salmon. They’re homemade dressing and marinate is so unique we went back in to buy a bottle after trying it with the complimentary salad we were given. 10/10 would go again!“

“The atmosphere was nice and appeared clean. My salad was delicious. I rated the service a 4 instead of 5 because I had to request that employee wash her hands after handling money instead of just changing gloves. She was polite about it, but there was a sink right there. I don't appreciate shortcuts which compromise food sanitation. Otherwise, it was a great experience.“

I know they can’t help it because it’s food and the front door keeps getting opened so it’s tough to keep the flies away but other than that , great experience I had to even ask the guy to cover my food while he waited on my friends because there was too many flies. Good thing was there was no flies around the table area where we were eating.“

“My neighbor mentioned to me that he and his wife were going to lunch at Pete’s and said he was bringing his in laws. He and his in laws raved about the food. My neighbor said the roast beef (made in house) grinder was amazingly great. That’s my favorite, so I stopped by Pete’s a couple days ago and got the roast beef grinder with provalone cheese, mayo, roasted and banana peppers, shedded lettuce and tomato. It was sooo good that I had to go back in to let them know. Come to find out Pete’s dad made me the grinder. What a nice man!!! Talked to him for a few minutes. I found a place near home that I will be visiting again and again!!! Next time I’m trying a pizza. So many great reviews……I read them all!!!“

“Ajamo is a solid lunch spot in Hartford. I long for the days when the food court was packed with options, and I’m happy to see this place is one of the great food stands that are still going strong at the State House. They serve very fresh salads at generous proportions and have good sandwiches as well. The only critique I’d have is that their lettuce/kale, roasted chicken, and other ingredients are in large chunks and they don’t provide a knife to cut it in smaller pieces. Their flavors are great, but it would be great to have a grilled chicken option in addition to the roasted.“

“This place has some really good food! The ingredients are fresh and flavorful. The queso and chips are so bomb! ordered a burrito bowl with everything but the kitchen sink in it! My meal was made with love by a very hospitable and accommodating staff named, Dorian. She was so sweet and super friendly. Very clean establishment. They have a wide variety of drinks and deserts as well. They even offer outdoor seating. Their dining room is super spacious too! Try it out!

As a New Yorker, NY NY keeps me from getting homesick when I need a good slice.Their wings are also AMAZING. Perfect crunch with juicy chicken every time. NY NY is our go to in a hectic Friday night.“

“showed up around 11:30am and order a breakfast sandwich. they made it in a fairly short time and it was quite tasty. The service was okay, prices were kinda high, but prices everywhere is high other than that I have no complaints. I recommend visiting if in the neighborhood.

Parking: in front and side of business, roughly 12 to 15 parking spots.

“I hadn't been to Gillette State Park in years. Decided to visit pn way home from casino. I was so surprised. They really have expanded the park buildings. To include a gift shop and museum. They also offer tours of the castle....they end at 4. The grounds and paths were lovely. I reccomend s revisit. They still have some charcoal grills that you can use to picnic! Underappreciated park....its very nice.“

“Your standard Panera, if you've seen one you've seen most, and thats a good thing. Food was good, bread was fresh, soda options were decent. Food came out pretty quickly.

Kid-friendliness: Panera is definitely kid friendly, with booths and high chairs to make it easy. Kids menu makes it simple to order, although my kids will go through a full sized mac and cheese with no problem.“
