The food reminds me of the comforting meals I used to enjoy at my grandparents' house during the weekends. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a diner my mom used to take me to when I was a kid—small, intimate, and filled with timeless charm. This spot is my go-to whenever I’m in town!“

“After following for a long time finally took the trip from Philadelphia, PA to get a milkshake. The food and milkshake were great and the staff was amazing. Really worth the 2.5hr drive.“

“Stopped in this morning and I was like oh smell me somthing good. Good food check, Jane the waitress is a darling check, nice little family time that is local check. Check this place out people and flapjacks are amazing they are basically like pancakes but the British invented them so they are more flat so people to know what to except. Donuts are local home made also and worth a try even if you don’t have a kid“

“Lushe and her staff are the greatest! This diner is one of the last true great diners in Stamford (further, last true great in New England). The food is perfect. All of it is that comfort food that makes you think back to your childhood w/ Ma's cooking. They provide an amazing welcoming atmosphere, patrons too. It is that place you want in your daily life.“

“Had a great lunch there today,Greek salad,our waitress recommended yia yias chicken gyro, it was amazing , tried egg lemon soup , that was a home run. And for dessert rice pudding, and pecan pie . Nice and relaxing atmosphere , and amazing service felt like home. A definite stop next time when I come south from vermont“

“Sunday morning, I took a quick walk and had a nostalgic breakfast on the way home. Freshly made omelets, toast, and coffee☕️The small shop is also busy from the morning. There is terrace seating, and the restaurant caters to a wide range of age groups. Today's morning menu. Lunch is also good!

Great breakfast place. Hash and eggs are good, but $15. Potatoes are made with onion and green pepper. Nice!
There is plenty of parking on site, but bathrooms are as gross as any dirty, backwater, gas station. Yuk!“
