“Lovely ice cream store in excellent location.

I pulled off the interstate while traveling to eat lunch at the Brownstone House of Guilford.

As I was leaving, what do I see directly in front of me? You guessed it, ice cream!

And no self-respecting foodie is going to ignore that gastronomical sign of the heavens, right?

Wonderful flavors, I had mint chip in a waffle cone, and an assortment of many other sweet concoctions.

They also make ice cream cakes that are holiday and season themed. I hear that Halloween time is especially enchanting.

“I've been buying my feed here for over a year the people working there are well amazing always helpful, knowledgeable about their products also have been always been able to answer any questions I have had about what feeds I should use for my animals, and they are always ready to lend a hand when my wife goes there to pick up feed when im away working I wish more business were like this I can't recommend this store enough to do them justice“

“We love DQ blizzards, and this location is our favorite! The employees are always friendly, kind, and fast. We love ordering outside in warm weather. And I just discovered they will decorate their ice cream cakes for free for lots of different occasions. They have a whole book of choices. My daughter chose a soccer field, complete with goals and little figures to go on top. Thanks for all your hard work!“

“The burgers they serve here are special and offer unique combinations. The employees bring the food to your table with a smile and are always available to help if needed. They have well kept bathrooms which are private. You can also order regular fries, sweet potato fries, and some chips that are made on site fresh. Not to mention you can order any of those loaded which is to say covered with bacon and cheese as well as a few extra goodies. To end the meal they offer some of the best thick milk shakes with bits of good stuff like Oreos etc in them.“

“The best ice cream in the area. I just wish they had a regular schedule for their unique flavors they don’t routinely carry so you would know when they’d have them. There are a few flavors I love but seem to only catch them a couple times a year.“

“Stopped in tonight and the ice cream was amazing as always. The employee who helped us was incredible - she gave me a sample of the bittersweet chocolate ice cream which is now my new favorite flavor, she was so sweet! In my case, it’s not everyday a teenager is friendly to customers but the employee who helped us was absolutely phenomenal and I will be back to this location specifically for her! “Best DQ in CT the ice cream is just different here the texture and taste is way better, the toppings are always generous and they actually fill the cup over the top so you definitely get what you pay for here. The employees are always polite and always get the orders correct.

Parking: There’s like 15 parking spots there is 1 handicap spot but no matter where you park you’ll be close to the building.
